    @musicsax Great idea to put it on the fridge. The picture says it all - this is why you don't want that snack.

    It's also being real - I do need to lose, I do need reminders. DH may give me the putdown over it but after I thought about it, who cares? At least it's facing reality and doing something.

    @quiltingjaine: I understand what you’re saying. I was just making a comment on how it sucks that I gained 1.4 pounds. I’ve gained a couple of weeks before. Just expressing myself...

    Also, people can say the same thing about a daily weigh in as well. We do what we do because it’s what works for us.
