Weigh in Days are gonna vary because I work in Law Enforcement and my schedule is all over the place. Not to mention my body is weird and when I am on calorie restriction I only poop like every 3 or 4 days. Lol.2 -

Having trouble eating 1300 cal/day. Tracking everything and I'm only getting about 900 cal/day. 2 glasses of wine this week. Not incorporating exercise yet2 -
Definitely didnβt make great food decisions on Saturday, but it could have been worse! Back at my challenge starting weight.

I'm type 2 diabetic. A1c is the measure of average blood sugar over last 3 months. This challenge lines up with my quarterly bloodwork. π0 -
