Dinner at a Gascon restaurant called Monsieur le Duck. We both had the prixe fixe menu of salad, confit duck leg and a side. Sides were truffle oil chips and puy lentils cooked with carrot and shallot.

I just made Lemon Blueberry Oats. They were pretty good! I got the recipe from Simply Quinoa. Tomorrow I’m going to make almond butter and jam oats (yummy)!!

So excited I finally checked out this pop up for the Thai milk tea roll cake, cloud cake and hojicha flan!

Tried the new Beyond Meat avocado burger tonight at White Spot and really enjoyed it. Especially that edamame hummus

The lift in the flat wasn't working and we didn't feel like dragging groceries up 12 flights of stairs so we made do with what was lying around the house. We're in Europe so accustomed to shopping daily for groceries. A poached smoked sausage, some roasted veg, and a gratin we had in the freezer.

Simple and tasty - lamb chops with lemon zest, garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Served with grilled asparagus and ...cough ... leftover mac n cheese from lunch3 -

My breakfast this morning. 2 soft boiled eggs (instant pot win!) and 125g of fresh strawberries. So satisfying and yummy!0 -
lunch today is lemon pepper chicken salad with hard boiled egg and cucumber

Bagna cauda as a starter, penne with pesto trapanese as a main, dessert of feloodeh garnished with raspberries and candied lemon peel. Feloodeh is an unusual color because I didn't have enough lemon or lime in the house and had to stretch the acidic element with some cranberry juice.
