Is it normal to never poo?

OP. There are multiple things that could cause your problem, many of them are potentially life threatening. There are also complications that your particular problem can cause. These complications range from gross and/or unpleasant to potentially life threatening.
If I were you, I'd skip your doctor for now and go to the ER now.
I think we all have at least some understanding/sympathy for not wanting to miss work, but you may end up missing a lot more work if you don't get this evaluated and treated. Also, finding out what is causing this and getting it treated earlier decreases the chances of long term disabilities or death. I hope this doesn't kill you.3 -

Waiting two weeks for a BM means all that waste meant to be eliminated every few days is accumulating in your body and you risk perforation of lower intestine or bowels both of which can cause life altering or potentially lethal illnesses and infections. Ugly truth.
Get to a Dr right away! I pray you find relief.
It has been stated repeatedly in this thread that home remedies would be potentially dangerous in OP's case. Going to a doctor right away is good advice. Suggesting prunes or teas is not.15 -
I think it’s ridiculous that people are accusing me of having eating disorders or abusing laxatives. I do want to go to the doctors there just isn’t any appointments and there is no emergency centre within distance of me. I’ve already said I have booked the next available appointment which I did this morning and will be seen in just over 2 weeks. And my responses wouldn’t seem like I was a troll if people didn’t lie and say I’ve said stuff I haven’t or accuse me of disorders I don’t have15

If you have an obstruction when that appointment arrives you would not have had a BM for a month. I'd say you would be lucky if you made it to that appointment. There is not a doctor on this planet that would knowingly ask you to wait a month for a bowel movement. Ring back tomorrow, give them the full story and get it sorted.24

I don’t understand how you are so relaxed about this. The pain must be awful.
Please ring your doctor back and explain the situation fully. Don’t be embarrassed they deal with these things regularly.
Your health is very important, if this is serious you’ll look back and regret not going earlier. Just stop and think for a second, if it’s serious then this could effect the rest of your life.10 -

Did you mention what issue you are having? Like others have mentioned, they would not make you wait 2 weeks to be seen.7 -

Two weeks from now is too late--did you tell them that? Do you have anyone that cares for you nearby? Explain your problem to them and hope they are practical and take over. I think you need guidance. Whether you know it or not, people care about you.4 -

there is no emergency room, urgent care center anywhere near you? is there anytype of telemed options (where you can speak to a specialist at a distance if there are no available resources near you)
if i were you, i would get on the road to the nearest one - you can't afford to wait two weeks, you cant' really afford to wait a day9 -
I'm sure this has already been said... but you ask what could be wrong? Bowel obstruction, which is life threatening. Also, by using laxatives for so long, your body is probably addicted to them, another VERY bad thing. So while you don't want anyone cutting you up, you DO need to see a doctor. NONE of this is normal. And there's probably no need for surgery... but a good, strong enema might be in order, along with a scoping to see exactly way your bowels aren't moving normally. Don't kill the messenger, and please... don't kill yourself, get to a doctor!6

Only if the OP is actually telling the truth about any part of this. If they’re making it up to get us all worried, they’re not in any discomfort at all.5 -
Not saying you are a troll or that you are just having fun as opposed to being genuine (how would I know? Perhaps you are just the most chill person the world has ever encountered), but if you were a troll, then dragging out this drama and keeping well-intentioned caring people dangling for just over two more weeks would be brilliant. Brilliant. Just saying....2

Please go to the ED.. I’m a registered nurse and that is not normal. Especially with the symptoms you stated. You may have a bowel obstruction which can lead to a perforation then can be fatal. Even if it’s been happening for years doesn’t mean it’s a normal thing. It only takes one time and you’re *kitten* out of luck.. no pun intended lol8

Are you stating that NOTHING has come through, or that nothing MUCH has come through?
Let's all list some things that pop to mind!
outcomes:
infection / sepsis, ostomy, fistula, prolapse, troll
causes:
cancer, twisted bowel, diverticulitis, medication related, under-eating, troll11 -
OP:
As others have said, (if this is true) if you don’t sort this out via proper medical help you are heading for real trouble.
If you don’t believe us google “bowel perforation” and “faecal peritonitis”. Neither of these are pretty and take much more than 1/2 day off work (which is what a GP appt would be) to get over.
Yours

The constant over reliance on laxatives was something you said in your OP - yes that is abuse of laxatives. It is not accusing you - it is reading directly from your own post.
Potential bowel obstruction is not a problem to see a doctor about in 2 weeks.
I do not believe any western country would not be able to see a patient somewhere sooner for a potentially life threatening issue like this.
Yours..

@paperpudding actaully u never said I’m over reliant on them. I said It’s the only way for me to have a number 2. That doesn’t indicate wether I take them 100 times a day or once every 3 months. Your just insinuating things about me23

If laxatives arethe only thing you can take to go, then that's being reliant on them. If you could go without having to use laxatives, that's another story.
Regardless, I'm with everyone saying to go to a dr/ER ASAP.
When my brother was in kindergarten, he had tissue grow around his intestines and literally cut off his ability to go. If my parents weren't insistent that there was something wrong(NOT a stomach bug), he might not have made it! My poor brother couldnt even get a hug to feel better, because it hurt to even be touched. He got so sick that everything he would try to eat would come back up within minutes!
Please get help!!! Don't wait.11 -

If it’s the only way for you to do your business than that indicates that your body has become reliant on them. Doesn’t matter how often you take them. If you can’t go without them there is a problem.14 -
I get that earning money and having a good work record are important. I also get that the medical system can be confusing and intimidating.
I don’t know how old you are, but maybe you’re pretty young. Young people don’t always understand that they need to take their health seriously. I did not understand this until I was about 30ish. That was when I made the decision to lose weight because I had obesity related health problems, as did my relatives, and that scared me.
Your doctor is being irresponsible and potentially putting you in danger if you fully explained the problem and they still did not either get you an appointment sooner or refer to you place where you can be treated sooner. But *you* are being irresponsible and putting yourself in danger if you didn’t explain the problem or didn’t seek out those earlier options.
If you get a bowel obstruction, you are not going to be able to work for some time. You will be in pain and need considerable medical treatment. That risk should outweigh your desire to not miss work for a doctor’s appointment.
If you aren’t currently in pain, that really does not mean anything about your long term health. Not all serious medical problems cause pain, and you have other concerning symptoms besides pain. The lack of pain is a terrible way to gauge how seriously ill you may or may not be.
Just to reiterate, yes, you can suffer life threatening complications from long term constipation. You need to take this seriously.7 -

This is precisely the kind of response that has people suspecting you're trolling, exaggerating, or otherwise not serious. You'd rather argue about minor points than acknowledge, if what you originally posted is true, that you have a serious issue that needs immediate attention. People have offered sound advice, and if you'd rather complain about the advice than seek help than I don't see why anyone should bother you further. You clearly were expecting something else and aren't receptive to sensible counsel.

@Bpetrosk hardly trolling there’s been loads of people just repeating the same thing about goig to the doctors in which I have replied to them and taken their information in to account and booked my self in. Then there are just annoying people that lie about things I’ve said or over exaggerate what I’ve said to cause trouble. Your all repeating the exact same thing instead of listening to me when I said I’ve already got an appointment and there’s nothing more I can do. I think some of the people that have commented on here are arrogant and ignorant and probably bored so just want to gang up.25

You might want to call them back and see if they can make some recommendations as to what to do until you can get in for your appointment. I understand about constipation. I have to keep a close watch on mine due to some other health problems that I have. If I miss more than 3 days I am in pain. I hope that you can work this out soon.3 -

A burst bowel floods your intestinal cavity with bacteria and infection. A hard rock belly and two weeks of backup is not going to clear up with laxatives and a little bran.
Every day you wait increases your danger.
Your body, your life. Report back after your doctors appointment and let us know if you made it.10 -
There is no way someone would call a doctor's office and explain they haven't had a BM in 2 weeks and are "rock hard and extremely swollen and sore" and be told, "OK... see you in 2 weeks."
