Secret menu item at my fave vegan pizza joint. Spicy buffalo cauliflower from Stranger Wings to the Grandma Pie (cheddar cream, cashew mozz, queso fresco, San Marzano drizzle, red onion, parm, rosemary, thyme) to create the Flying Grandma.

Rice, vaguely asian tomato salad (dressed with equal parts soy, balsamic, sesame oil) and beef snow pea stir fry (https://www.chinasichuanfood.com/beef-with-snow-pea-stir-fry/).
Big discovery for me today was that I could substitute a cheap cut of meat sold for casseroles into stir fries if you toss in baking powder along with cornstarch, and any other marinade ingredients about an hour in advance of cooking. Tenderizing tougher non-premium cuts is a more sustainable way to consume beef as I remember reading an organic butcher complain that they sell 60 cows worth of rib eye versus 10 cows worth of topside in a month.
