I just found this thread and see there hasn’t been any post since January 2019. But this is a super great idea! I’m looking for more motivation and encouragement and maybe this will enhance my weight loss journey and help me not to give up. My focus just for today:
is drinking 64 oz of water ( @least)...make more veggie selection in each meal.. track all my meals/snacks today! No stressing ! Live Laugh Love!!!

You may need to log in, this is a very active board, but I have found that sometimes it reverts to January when it thinks I'm not logged in.

Hi all! I haven't been here for forever and I've missed all of you.
Reading the posts and seeing everyone having such a rough time I just want to hug you all for hours.
FYI I've had to retire from work which is a good thing, but for a not so great health reasons. For the same reasons, my garden is now gone.

It's nice to see you. I hope your health issues resolve soon.

Hi everyone, late checking in today because I was determined to do my workout first but procrastinated the whole morning. Glad I forced myself though, and actually had fun with the kids joining in for some of it. I needed to get it in because the past 24 hours have been pretty rubbish food wise! Resetting now - what’s done is done and onward! Heading out with the kids shortly and then back to get chores and work done

    Saturday goals recap:
    - reports (4 done, maybe more later) ✅ up to 19 now! 10 more to write...
    - Warrior class 8:15am ✅
    - Shopping (school shoes, summer clothes for kids, make-up for me) ✅
    - Laundry ✅
    - Start cleaning ✅
    - Afternoon walk and grocery shop with kids ❎
    - Bed by 10❎

    Sunday goals
    - morning workout ✅
    - online grocery shop ✅
    - finish cleaning
    - finish laundry ✅
    - reports
    - walk/jog with kids to cafe and health food store
    - Post new baby card
    - bed by 10

Have a good Sunday everyone x

Good morning! Yesterday I did not do well goal wise. I also took a four hour nap in the middle of the day, but I guess I needed it! My husband is the one that really needs it though, he's been working all weekend and is completely exhausted (he lays tile). I hope he can take a day or two off during the week once this job is done.

Today I'm going with my parents to an open house, and tomorrow we have our very first appointment with a realtor to look at houses! We are first time buyers so the process is so foreign to us, luckily my mom is a former realtor so she can offer us a lot of advice. After living with my parents for the last two years, it will be really nice to have a house to call our own and grow into.

Today I'm determined to stick to my goals. I haven't really gained any weight (from what I can tell, still somewhat bloated) but I haven't lost any either in the past month. I have gotten stronger though so I guess that is still a win.

@Snowflake1968 just want to give you a big hug!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

    Yesterday 5/25:

    1. Give Rukia her a.m. pills 😁
    2. Stay within calorie goal😞
    3. Get a minimum of 5,000 steps😞
    4. Wash clothes😞
    5. Put away laundry😞

    JFT 5/26:

    1. Give Rukia her a.m. pills 😁
    2. Stay within calorie goal
    3. Get a minimum of 5,000 steps
    4. Do workout
    5. Put away laundry

@korina75 - I enjoyed your wisdom this morning. It’s very similar to the truth hurts.

@faebert - I’ve had too many of those days recently.

@ginnytez - you had a busy day yesterday.

@aubyshortcake - so exciting buying your first home! It’s good to have an experienced person to help you. Hugs back to you!

@maryrobinson40 - I’m so happy to see you posting regularly again, are you feeling better?

    Sunday 'at 26

Checking in late and I did not post goals this morning. I will try to catch up tomorrow!

I am probably in the green but I've not logged again and I met Fitbit goals by walking in the house. It was wet and windy out and I did not venture far beyond the front door. We have 6 B and B guests and they all want something different for breakfast tomorrow!
