    @wcollett60 I'm on week 5 day 3 of the C25K program!! I've done it a couple times and what I've learned is... LISTEN to my body. So when my legs/knees/ankles are hurting I don't do the run for that day. One rest day is not always enough for me and that's ok. Also, find something to distract me during the runs (music, podcast, audio book, YouTube, etc). Looking forward to seeing your progress. :)
