God, I totally crashed last night. Got all of my challenges in ate dinner and passed out for the whole night. I didn't close my diary, I know I was way over calories, i was sooooooo hungry all day yesterday and held it off until dinner and just couldn't get the hunger to go away. I did do some jj, crunches and mileage so I will add to the list in a little bit. I share an office with my boss so I must be sneaky
Please everyone, take care of your body. Fuel it and rest properly, I felt horrible last night. I think my body just gave up! Good luck to you all today.

im sorry i didnt check in last night....after my workout i went home, took a shower and ate some peanut butter and went to bed
i added 3 more miles for the team challenge. it took me 45 mins to get over 3 miles in on the treadmill and let me tell you, 45 mins is harder than it sounds when you choose the hill workout!i enjoyed it though! im slowly getting back into the beign able to enjoy running
also figured out how to get a higher calorie burn from my p90x....do the p90x routine AFTER my hill workout! i burned 200 more calories doing my kenpo than i ever have before because my heart rate was already way up there from the hills. after kenpo managed to get 2 of my three challenges in for yesterday - zigzag hops and swimmers presses. needless to say, under caloires and way over water
i will be adding jumping jacks and crunches today and tomorrow and definitly mileage sunday (maybe tomorrow too)

Things feel better today, still a little sore. Was able to spend a little time on my recumbent bike and added an extra mile for the team. That was as much as I could do. Unfortunately I doubt I'm going to be able to add any more jumping jacks or crunches. Sorry guys.

YES!!! I love mine - use it all the time. I found that in most cases I don't burn as much as MFP says. It just makes me push that much harder. I definately reccomend it - I have a Polar Ft4.:bigsmile: :bigsmile:0 -
I also use a polar and love it. I use it to keep track of my heart rate, I check it often during my workout and it really helps me to take to the next level. I like that it keeps track of my calories, in conjunction with using a food scale I feel it has helped me get a better grip on my food. I highly recommend an HRM or body bug, I know I don't have to tell you this but just do your research!0

was under calories and over water yesterday. didnt do any of my challenges, but made it up today! did the 21s from thurs, up/downs, squat kicks, and globe jumps.
did 5 miles this morning while waiting for my laundry to wash and dry and 100 crunches to put toward the team challenge. and, somehow i thought we had 200 jumping jacks as a daily challenge for day 5 this week, but evidently not. the good news to that is that i have an extra 200 to add to the weekly challenge for a total of 400yay to having something to add to all three lists this morning!
i know for sure i will have 5 more miles tomorrow morning to add and im sure i can squeeze in more jumping jacks and crunches tomorrow too
