    GW: IM HEALTHY AND HAPPIEST RANGING FROM 170LBS-200LBS THATS A BIG RANGE BUT ITS ACTUALLY ALMOST THE SAME SIZE FOR ME GIVE OR TAKE AND IM BOTTOM HEAVY SO I START LOOKING SICK AND BOBBLE HEADY ANY LOWER THAN THAT! IF YOU KNOW THE LOOK IM TALKING ABOUT🤣!

    MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 10LBS A MONTH! I THINK THATS HARD BUT STILL REALISTIC GIVEN THE WHOLE 2 POUNDS A WEEK IS "SAFE" WHICH WOULD BE 8LBS! I WORK OUT 5 DAYS A WEEK 30 MIN WEIGHTS. 1 HR CARDIO. CARBS UNDER 20 A DAY. AND I HAVE AN EATING WINDOW OF 7AM-3PM. SOUNDS INSANE BUT I HAVE THE SAME 3 MEALS A DAY EVERYONE ELSE DOES I PROMISE AFTER 2 DAYS YOU DONT EVEN NOTICE AND I LOSE THE WEIGHT QUICKER. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
