This challenge is for those people who count kilojoules/calories. Just count each day you stay below a value you have chosen. How long can you go?

This challenge was inspired by this graph of my Lifesum app.
. My value is 9,000 kJ, which is roughly my daily energy use. Currently at day 7.

Starting today, Saturday June 15th. I shoot for 1200-1300 calories, but have been binging which outs me over 2000. I have noticed with 30+ minutes of exercise 1800 -2000 is a maintain intake. So....to set myself up for realistic weight loss goals, my challenge calorie intake is going to be.. 1600 calories. I'll report in the mornings.

But activity mins also down
And resting energy down
300 calorie deficit per day
Wt continues to go up..not sure how much of an effect wt lifting & hotter weather really has.
Beginning to think it’s calorie errors due to eating out...
