June 3: 204lbs – while I'm only down 1lb, I'm so happy with my NWS, I stuck to my meal plan the entire week; I feel more alert and overall lighter and happier; am sleeping better; and I'm down a hole on my belt!! This week I will add working out into the mix.
June 10: 204lbs – disappointed in myself for "cheating" when I was doing so well, was out with a friend longer than expected and ate fast food on Sunday but this week will be better!
