    It's been a while, so let me catch you all up...In somewhat of a nutshell....


    Detox: Water, Organic teas, black coffee, Stevia, Healthy fatty oils, such as coconut and olive, organic chicken & beef broth.


    @tramaine Are you eating chicken or do you mean just organic chicken broth and beef broth? Congrats on fighting that edema & winning! You are doing great all around including the additional exercising/movement. I love watching your progress. Thanks for sharing the details.

    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    May 26 starting weight - 145.2 (ten-day rolling average weight 144.8)
    June goal - 143
    Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight).

    Total loss for June: My scale weight stayed the same this week, but my ten-day average is still up from last week. I have GAINED AGAIN this week, but not as much as last week. My average weight is up four pounds since the beginning of May when I was at my lowest. I had been maintaining within about a half pound of my goal since mid March. I still have some work to do.

    I did realize one thing. I have been stuck since my gallbladder surgery, yes... AND I quit nicotine. I was a former smoker turned vaper. I had vaped for 4 1/2 years. Couldn't vape when I was in hospital so I used the forced opportunity to quit. Never picked it up again. That might have something to do with my stall. On a positive note, lots of people gain a ton of weight when they quit nicotine and I haven't done that, so, yay me!

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1991: 194.4 November 25, 2018, post gallbladder surgery.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233.

    Goal: 180 in however long it takes. And it's taking a LOT longer than I thought it would!

    Weekly Averages:

    May 27-June 2: 197.7
    June 3 - June 9: 197.3

    Loss for June: 0.4 lbs

    MFP Loss: 35.7 lbs.

    Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 45.7 lbs.

    Move more, eat less.

    Ultimate goal - 150 Lbs

    02 - 173.1 - high sodium foods yesterday.
    03 - 173.1 - I suspect PMS bloating. T-2
    04 - 173.1 - not budging. The bloat is real! T-1.
    05 - 171.7 - finally going back down. TOM D-1
    06 - 170.5 - Damage repaired. TOM D-2
    07 - 170.3 - Not enough💧yesterday. TOM D-3

    May loss - 1.8 - Really wanted to get into the 150s. Not yet.
    April loss - 7.7 - Maybe all of that calorie burn from February and March finally showed up.
    March total: loss 1.7 lbs - This is all that I lost with a deficit of 18,713 calories
    February total calories burned (not the deficit) - 20,350 - loss 1.4 lbs

    Work conference/mini vacation in San Diego last week. Ate amazing fresh seafood everyday. Scale was up 3lbs when I returned, so I’m okay with 1lb up. It was TOTALLY worth it.
    More likely than fat gained from my trip, I think it’s normal fluctuation. Seems I’m usually up week 2, TOM comes week 3 and I lose mostly at end of week 4. I’ll have to watch the trend and see if that’s what happens again this month.
