I don't understand how my weight fluctuations are so big right now, but at least it's in a downward trend.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be meeting my goal or not. I think I might reach maybe 15-18 pounds lost rather than 20. I have to remind myself that my weight loss is slowing down, and goals in the past won't be as easy to achieve now. Next challenge I'll lower it to level 3, maybe even level 2.3 -

Wow, yes large variations in weight. I got so disappointed with the scale I started keeping body measurement, so I would have more databto factor in. That's helped with my scale fluctuation disappointments. Either way, great loss in the right direction!!👏👏👏1 -

This is my 2nd round of this challenge. I was close to my goal but did not meet it. I worked on a Level 5 - 25 pounds for the last challenge and lost a total of 23.8lbs. I love the challenges because they hold me accountable and make me aware of my choices when want to eat and snack. My weigh-in day is a Friday but joining on the first.
