    Happy! Wasn’t easy psychologically, but I did it.
    Day 30, Aug 22: 161 156.4 -4.6lbs Still working to get to 155. Weight lifting & HIIT the past 3-4 weeks!

    Weight lifting HIIT & dancing with lowered calories is working!
