I love looking at the before & after photos but find photos of people showing off their hard-earned maintenance bodies equally inspiring! So please share your pics with us and congratulations on keeping your maintenance bod in shape, I know firsthand that it’s not easy and is a constant battle, but definitely one worth fighting! Feel free to share stats and length of time maintaining to inspire others even more

You look fantastic! Excellent job! We both lost a similar amount of weight5 -
I don't have many photos of myself, especially not full length/workout wear. The recent I have at all are last Summer/Fall in street clothes, but I'm still sitting about the same weight, mid-130s (136.2 this AM, at 5'5"), after almost 3 years of maintenance, 1 year of loss before that. Starting weight April 2015 at age 59 was 183. Photos are age 62, currently 63.
Not sure how to explain this one, but I was obviously goofing:
I've been rowing since 2002, and spinning for around 10 years, among other things (yup, started being active while obese, and stayed obese).66 -

Too late. Now we will always picture you this way while reading your posts.29 -

It's YOU!! I love trail running, but it's forest running, so bare feet is out. But I love your pics of your trails (and feet, lol). Are you someplace warm? I HATE cold feet...4 -

We have the best weather in Northern California it’s warm but not too hot There’s a few forested areas I’ve been through and the difficult part of running there is the random tree roots that are so easy to trip over4 -
I'm sort of cheating with a before and after, but it's not a huge weight difference, more a change in outlook.
I just made these. There's maybe a 10-14 pound difference between them (165 to 152 at 5'11"), but before I did very little weight lifting (but was training for a half marathon), and now I do weights + yoga (don't tend to run much any more but I walk everywhere and have an exercise bike desk).
I've been between 152-155 since early October. Was 165 last June/July, though those photos are from 2017. I kept gaining and losing 5-7 pounds a few times a year, probably losing a bit more muscle each time and inching my set weight range higher each time. Caught in a restrict-binge cycle.

The first pic is the only one I have of me at my heaviest. I was probably around 215 and 19 years old. The second one is from last summer at about 145. I'm a little over 150 now and trying to lose the winter weight. I'm training for a half marathon this summer so hopefully the weight comes off soon. I've been maintaining for a year and a half on this most recent attempt at weight loss. (I have a three year old and I'm 31 years old.)

Loving this thread & everyone’s photos are very inspiring!
Here’s my photo before and after with work still in progress.
Height 5’2
Maintaining at 1,50029 -
5’4”, in maintenance for 3.5 years, range:128-133. Main activity—lifting, rock climbing.
These are over the last 2 years, both at lower and upper end of range. I’m a wee bit over my range now (133.54), so this elk through photos is a good reminder of why it’s worth it to tighten things up for a few weeks! I haven’t been climbing as much lately, so that usually translates into eating more and lifting more and gaining a bit. When I regularly have to haul myself up the wall or launch my short self up a reachy route I tend to keep a better handle on things!15 -
