Please join us! Starting on 06/22 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 81
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

This makes me accountable. I noticed when I don’t come here and post on here, my accountability goes down hill. I’m taking the weight off for my health , I have arthritis in my knees and hips. I also just booked a 🚢 cruise with my daughter for next March and I need to be healthier and would like more stamina and be able to fit in smaller clothes.

Back from holidays and must get back to logging and a regular routine. Great trip, totally exhausted and a blip up .4

Joining too! First time. I'm at 65kg and want to get down to 63kg by the end of this challenge.4

I got extra weight quite quickly, dont want it to become "normal" and not being able to stop. So wanna control it now by exercising more and diminishing my intake of sweets (which is quite big at the moment).

UGW - somewhere in the mid-130's.
Goal for round 81 - FOCUS! Weight loss was great, then stalled a bit due to some stress and insomnia. Took a little break from the challenge in order to free up some brain space. I believe physical health follows mental health and I must be in the right mind space in order to track food intake.
