So I'm doing alright so far, each day has been below maintenance. I'll do two counts, one below maintenance, and from now on, one at my ideal intake, 6,000 kJ or below.1 -

I was not able to control the salt /bread craving. All failed to use self-talk and my strategies. I just caved. TOM. I was prepared with chocolate treats, but not salt. ugh. It's a new day!! Back on the horse. I can do this.

Probably to be found by a child since they seem to have coin finding skills adults have lost. This is roughly equivalent to the cost of Weight Watchers meetings.0
