    Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

    Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

    Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

    FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    06/20 150.3 ~ {Steps 19,389} ~ This officially doesn’t start till 22nd Saturday but I need to get a running start before the weekend. It seems like these last few Thursdays, at night I haven’t been able to stop the snacking gremlin from attacking 😈😢😈

    Day 1 no LNS, under carb goal and not eat after 6pm ✅

    06/21 150 ~ {Steps 17,841} ~ Yesterday was a topical Thursday, I had a tough time staying focus plus my husband decided he wanted Popeyes for dinner. I didn’t cave in the late night snacking plus I just had a couple pieces if strips in a salad. I can that a big win for me! Maybe the scale will corporate with me and move below the 150s 😉

    06/22 141.9: I gained. I tracked fully for the first time in forever yesterday, but after getting frustrated at not being able to fall asleep and becoming hungry, I had a midnight snack of pasta and pesto. This tends to happen when I lack carbs at dinnertime (only had teriyaki chicken and green beans, with homemade nutella ice cream later). Like the Howard Jones song, things can only get better!

    Have you tried including some carbs in your dinner, limit it to a small amount of pasta or jacket potato (without butter), count it in your meal plan - might keep you more satisfied and stop the midnight carb cravings x

    @jspecies11 I used to go to the movies just so I could get the ginormous bucket of popcorn with extra yellow grease and, of course, got the refill on the way out the door! I haven’t had any of that in two years and just a couple of months ago realized that I didn’t start craving it when I smelled it! That stuff IS addictive!

    @nikki062181 NIKKI!! I’m so sorry I didn’t acknowledge your return! Something kept niggling my brain when I saw your name. It finally dawned on me when I read your last Round 80 post. WELCOME BACK!!

    @KendraS74 My advice is the opposite of that of musicsax. If you MUST have carbs, make them healthy ones. Eating refined carbs - pasta, bread - is a temporary solution until your blood sugar drops again and you are “starving.” I would say to increase your fat at dinner for satiety. It takes longer to digest and satisfies longer with minimal effect on your blood sugar.

    It's my first challenge! Looking to gain weight.. Am currently at 46Kg.. need to be around 65 eventually.. hopefully by the end of the year..
    Target weight by end of round 81: 48kgs
