    Highest weight ever (2014/2015): 253
    Original starting weight for this current journey : (1-11-2018) 235.0
    R80 EW= 197.7
    R81 EW= TBD

    Current New Goals:

    Weight:
    Short Term Goal: Lose 2 pounds this round.
    My First Long Term Weight Goal: To weigh 194.X by the 4th of July using the same plan as above.
    My Second Long Term Weight Goal: To weigh 169 by Halloween.
    My Third Long Term Weight Goal: Weigh 159 by Jan 11, 2020 (my 2 year anniversary of current Keto dieting).
    Final goal: 145-153. We’ll see how I look & feel when I get there.
    Exercise:
    During each Weight goal I plan on doing cardio in the form of dancing at aerobic levels whenever possible. I would also like to walk as much as possible although walking outside is impossible for me this time of year.

I am currently working on fat adaption & ketosis. I have been doing badly since Thanksgiving & Christmas season 2018. Half a year has passed & I can no longer use them as an excuse! I plan on CRUSHING round 81.

    06/22 …..197.4 ….. A great day for me yesterday. Yesterday’s stats: 1300 Calories In / 3211 Calories Out. 18 Net Carbs. 21,607 Total Steps & 9.14 Total Miles. Lots of work activity. Planned exercise was 104 minutes of yardwork, 60 minutes of heavy cleaning & 32 minutes of Dancing. Sample song (I’ve used this one before) was “Superstition” by Stevie Wonder. Moderately paced it has the funk I needed to want to keep dancing some more. It will really get your groove on. Give it a try! Good luck everyone is Round 81.

    45 yr old female, 5'4"

    Highest weight - 153 lbs
    Round start weight - 137.4 lbs
    Round goal weight - 135.4 lbs (-2 lbs)
    UGW: 130 (?)

    Round 80 (round 1 for me): start weight 139.6, end round weight 137.4 (2.2 lb loss) :smile:

    06/22 - 137.4 lbs: Same as yesterday. Ate pretty well but didn't have much of a deficit. Plus, ate late, which I prefer not to do but we got home late. Oh well, at least it's not a gain.

    SW - 150.1 (starting on 3/25)
    Ending weight round 72 - 145.3
    Ending weight round 73 - 143.7
    Ending weight round 74 - 145.7 :(
    Ending weight round 75 - 145.9 :(
    Ending weight round 76 - 143.7
    Ending weight round 77 - 142.4
    Ending weight round 78 - 140.4
    Ending weight round 79 - 139.6
    Ending weight round 80- ???, for mental health reasons stopped weighing at 6/19. Picking this back up on 6/22 hopefully refreshed and ready to work!

    UGW - somewhere in the mid-130's.

    Goal for round 81 - FOCUS! Weight loss was great, then stalled a bit due to some stress and insomnia. Took a little break from the challenge in order to free up some brain space. I believe physical health follows mental health and I must be in the right mind space in order to track food intake.

    6/22 - 140.9. Not as much damage as I expected after taking a few days off. Traveling today/tomorrow with extended family so no scale. When I get home tomorrow night I’m going to grocery shop and meal plan for the week and do my best to hit a deficit the last 8 days of the challenge.
