Notes : good morning ☀️. It’s going to be a busy day for me today. No workout this morning. Headed to the pharmacy in a few to pick up what I need then headed to the hospital for my outpatient surgery. I’m feeling a bit worried about it. Mostly about any pain or discomfort I may feel during and after. I’ve stopped IF as I need to eat breakfast before I go in. I’ll get back on it tomorrow or day after depending on how I’m feeling.
