    ROUND 81 (Round 23 for me)
    5’4 ½” 67 y/o Texas Lady
    SW 178 lb.
    Goal: Maintain between 135 and 140 lb. and increase muscle, endurance, and jogging distance (while not damaging my knees).
    I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
    Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-70 = 44 lb.
    I started and finished the last four rounds with a high weight of 135. I’ve grown accustomed to the keto WOE and, mostly, stick to that, but I add extra carbs when I’m under 135, which is almost daily. I finished the first 30 days of my strength training program before we left on our trip. Today, I’m still deciding if I should repeat the first 30 days or move on to the next phase. I think I’ll take a nap before I decide.

    06/26 134.6 We had a wonderful visit with friends in Ruidoso, NM, and I ate whatever I wanted until my stomach complained. It reached a point I couldn’t ignore, so I cut back on the carbs after a couple of days. This keto WOE won’t let me stray far without repercussions. That’s a good thing! I was surprised to still be a little below my maintenance range.

    06/23- 247 got my sweet Hank out for a walk today, happy dog. Light work around the house
    06/24- 245 I have been stuck at 248 for foreverrrr. Is this just water loss, is it that I’m sticking to a calorie count? Hummm. I will not write about food here because it makes me hungry when I read it and other people’s post. Eeek. Tomorrow I have to really watch myself because in the evening friends come and there is something I really want to be able to have!
    Does anyone use bulletproof coffee? I have ordered the brain octane. A fitness gaI have started following on Facebook says she puts that in her coffee in the morning instead of breakfast. I’m not a big breakfast eater so I would rather have a little something that way then be forced to sit down and eat breakfast. I know, Breakfast is a big deal, sometimes I try to at least have a hard-boiled egg but I really don’t like eating until 11. When I IF it’s perfect, by the time I get done with dinner I’m not supposed to be eating again until around 10.

    Short Term Goal: Lose 2 pounds this round.
    My First Long Term Weight Goal: To weigh 194.X by the 4th of July using the same plan as above.
    My Second Long Term Weight Goal: To weigh 169 by Halloween.
    My Third Long Term Weight Goal: Weigh 159 by Jan 11, 2020 (my 2 year anniversary of current Keto dieting).
    Final goal: 145-153. We’ll see how I look & feel when I get there.
    Exercise:
    During each Weight goal I plan on doing cardio in the form of dancing at aerobic levels whenever possible. I would also like to walk as much as possible although walking outside is impossible for me this time of year.

    07/01 …..194.6….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
    07/02 …..193.6 ….. Starting off another pound down, so the loss is sticking so far. I woke up starving yesterday, but after black coffee I had no hunger all day. I am sure I am fat adapted at this point. Yesterday was my son’s 23rd birthday. The party will be in a few weeks more than likely, but my son, brother & I did a mini-celebration late yesterday evening. We had a BBQ with steak, baked potatoes with sour cream, corn & grilled garlic bread & sherbet icecream. I ate the steak and 1 small baked potato with sc. No corn or bread. No icecream. It was pretty easy to stick to my guns since the hunger is at bay. Yesterday’s stats: 1071 Calories In / 2515 Calories Out. 39 Net Carbs. 11,008 Total Steps & 4.66 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Steps Hours. I did 44 minutes of vigorous cabin cleaning. I slept badly only getting 3 hours & 24 minutes of sleep. Good luck on round 82 Everyone! I appreciate you all.

    07/03 …..193.6 ….. Holding steady. 3rd day in a row yesterday with low hunger and low calories. Not enough water & very little shedding. I will work on that today. I expect lots of movement today as I have a full house and am booked out for the next few days due to the holiday. The lack of calories (or water) seems to have stopped the loss on the scale. But the loss is sticking so I’m pleased. I will try to increase my calories a bit today with healthy LCHF foods. Last night I had to eat 2 ounces of cheddar cheese just to get out of the 800 range. Yesterday’s stats: 1062 Calories In / 2450 Calories Out. 23 Net Carbs of mainly veggies. 10,185 Total Steps & 4.31 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Steps Hours. I slept 3 hours & 50 minutes and woke up very early but refreshed (so my weigh-in was an early one). I took an 18 minute walk & I vigorously cleaned a cabin for 37 minutes. I am still feeling very strong in my plan today & my hunger, so far this morning, is still at bay.

    07/04 …..193.8 ….. A small blip up. No worries, just normal body adjustments. I had a great day yesterday & stayed on plan. I hoped to hit a few extra calories but did not manage it. I added some almonds & walnuts last night as a snack to bring it over 1000 calories. I stayed active with work and felt pretty good all day. I did feel a bit more hunger than the previous days but found myself easily full. Yesterday’s stats: 1086 Calories In / 2929 Calories Out. 22 Net Carbs. 15,178 Total Steps & 6.42 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 12 minutes. I took a 12 minute walk & I spent 204 minutes doing the cabin cleaning which also involves many steps. To all of us in the USA, have a safe & fun holiday & enjoy all your celebrations.
