7/1-166- Ugh! We had to go back to our old house to weed wack and eat out. To top it all off, we stopped for Chinese food when we got back into town yesterday, late in the afternoon. I really don’t like eating out because you get your food served on either a bed of rice, or noodles or wrapped in a tortilla. I do not eat any of those things at home. Background: My kiddo turns 2 in one month! For his whole first year, I was BFing and didn’t worry about my weight at all (although some came off without trying). After we weaned, I actually gained weight because I hadn’t adjusted my intake from what I ate while nursing and automatically burning more calories. So I started tracking again, and lost 10 pounds in 2 months. I gained a little back at the end of last year, but I’ve been much more focused in 2019. As of the start of this round, I’m 10 pounds down from the beginning of the year and 18 pounds down since my start last year.
I’ve been much more consistent with working out than I have in years – I’ve been getting to my kickboxing gym three times per week unless we are out of town, and I can feel the improvement in my technique and stamina.
Round 81 Goals: Stick with the plan that I’ve set up for the next week! Breakfasts and lunches for the work week are already prepped. Dinners are planned and fit within my goals. I have the time to get to the gym 3 times. Would love to see a weight below 149 on the scale, but mostly want to make sure I’m solidly at/below that 150.
06/22 – 150.2: A new low that I haven’t seen since before getting pregnant. Morning workout at the gym was circuits of HIIT with a different trainer than normal, but I (IMHO) crushed it. Had pizza with the fam for dinner but made some smart choices and didn’t feel like I overate.
06/23 – 150.0: FINALLY! I had been creeping towards 150 all year but haven’t been this low since before getting pregnant (2.5 years ago). All food was tracked and under calorie goal, but not the best choices. Lots of meal prep tonight!
06/24 – 151.8: Womp. Normal fluctuation, but this one did sting a little after yesterday’s excitement. Eating at work was 100% on target, water was ok, and evening workout was awesome. For dinner, I’m glad I took the time to weigh my ingredients even though it was a recipe I have made many times before and already had built into my recipe tracker (SkinnyTaste Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu – so easy and one of our faves). I bought my “thin sliced” chicken breasts at a different store than normal, so they were bigger than I’ve gotten in the past, and my sliced ham weighed a little more too. Not a make or break (especially for a lean protein), but the recipe update was a difference of 100 calories! I try not to eat back my workout calories, but if I hadn’t updated the recipe, I likely would have allowed myself a little extra treat after dinner, based on a deficit that wasn’t as big as I had thought.
06/25 – 149.6: Might have broken the scale jumping up and down in excitement! My first weight below 150 and 20 pounds lost!
06/26 - 149.8: No workout yesterday and eating dinner a little later, so totally fine with the maintenance even though my calories were right on. We decided to go hang out with family last night, so instead of throwing my meal plan out the window, I offered to bring what I was making (and had already tracked) for dinner, and it went over well! NSV: I'm fitting back into most of the things in my pre-pregnancy wardrobe. It's opened up so many options that I've had to pass on over the last two years, so now I am dressing up a little more and I'm getting outfit compliments from my coworkers!
06/27 - 149.6 Nice! Only thing I wasn't happy about eating yesterday was the cookie cake for a coworker's bday, but I kept my piece small and tracked it as best as I could estimate and didn't have any other snacks during the day. Feeling good, and excited to get back to the gym tonight.
06/28 - 148.4 Another new low! Eating was completely on point (I’m getting a lot better about remembering to weigh/measure my final recipes, which helps with portion sizes and tracking), kickboxing workout class was good but not quite as intense as I wanted (it was focused more on technique, so still useful!), and water was pretty good. I’m off of work today, so just need to make sure I don’t fall into the trap of snacking at home!
06/29 - 147.6 And the lows just keep getting lower. Apparently these daily check-ins are just what I needed, because this is the most progress I’ve ever had in a week’s span of time. Finished out the weekdays completely faithful to my planned out meals, and only reasonable snacking. Just finished a nice and tough Saturday morning workout, which has become part of my weekend routine that I really look forward to! Tonight I’ll be indulging at a nice restaurant for my mom’s birthday, so the scale might go up a bit tomorrow, but I’m ok with that!
06/30 - 149 As predicted! Dinner was a nice splurge (no regrets!), and I didn’t get to weigh myself until after breakfast. I’m focusing on the fact that even after indulging (with a little wine and a dessert!), I am still under 150, which was a goal for so long! Trying to be ok today so I can have a nice finish tomorrow morning. Meal prep going down for lunch salads and dinners this week!
07/01 - 149.6 And that's why we don't just focus on the start and finish numbers ;-) So I finish off this round only 0.6 pounds down from the start. But let's focus on the positives: I went DOWN. I am below 150 - and have been for a full week! I saw several new low numbers, and my overall trend is down. My average weight in June is 2.77 pounds less than my average weight in May (the biggest average monthly decrease I've seen yet!). I stuck completely to the meals I had planned, and I am SO SORE (in a good way) from pushing myself hard at the gym on Saturday. I'm wearing clothes I once thought I would never get back into and I feel great! Looks like I'll get myself over to Round 82 to see what I can do in there!

06/22 - 137.4 lbs: Same as yesterday. Ate pretty well but didn't have much of a deficit. Plus, ate late, which I prefer not to do but we got home late. Oh well, at least it's not a gain.
06/23 - 138.4 lbs: Not going to sweat it, normal fluctuation. It's the end of TOM for me, might be that, might be not enough water and too much salt yesterday. Heading out to play pickleball in the sun for a few hours, it's a beautiful day.
06/24 - 138.4 lbs: Grrr. Sigh. Worked out 3 hours in the sun yesterday, drank lots of water, ate right at my calorie goal (didn't eat back my workout calories though). Deep breath, still walking the walk. Sometimes the scale is not my friend. I know this. And sometimes it gets stuck for a few days and then shows me a nice big loss. Crossing fingers...
06/25 - 138.4 lbs: Surprise! Oh well, guess I'll hang out at this number for a while. Ate pretty well yesterday, sodium intake was probably high and I think I ate some expired yogurt, had major intestinal upset at the end of the day and that's the only thing I think it could be. Another rest day for me but will try to get some body weight exercises in by days end. Also planning to clean the house a bit today, let's call that a work out .
06/26 - 137.4 lbs: Woohoo, back to where I started this round, I'll take it. Didn't eat much yesterday, just wasn't hungry and it was my second rest day in a row.
06/27 - 137.4 lbs: Ate well yesterday, worked out, drank lots of water, did all the right things. Just going to keep on keeping on. 4 more days to maybe get a little lower than where I started this round.
06/28 - 137.4 lbs: Ta da! This is actually not horrible since I went to a going away party last night and ate/drank more than I should have. No work out for me today, lots of errands and running around though.

6/22: 187.4 (Forgot to post yesterday but I maintained at the same low weight and went out the night before for wings and fries. Not sure how I maintained without a workout either. That’s a plus!)
6/23: 189.4 (wow I definitely feel sore this morning from yesterday. I did a 5K training workout but most likely it’s from hosting a party and being on my feet all day and some dancing too. I made a whole BBQ feast but had very little of everything. I’m sure it’ll all go down once my soreness clears.)
6/24: 190.4 (Not what I wanted to see but it is what it is. I did a Zumba class yesterday and made grilled chicken kabobs, rice and asparagus for dinner.)
6/25: 190.0 (A step in the right direction! I did not do a workout and make some potato corn chowder for dinner last night.)
6/26: 189.6 (Weekend weight gain is slowly coming off. I'm hoping for a whoosh soon from how good I've been the last few days at sticking to my goals. I added some more running to my 5K training. I'm now running 15 out of 30 minutes. I have to say my legs are on fire now! I made some quesadillas and chips with salsa since I was too lazy to cook.)
6/27: 189.2 (My body only likes to release 0.4 pounds a day haha. Still hoping for that whoosh but I'm soooo sore from the Power Circuit class I went to last night at the gym. I'm sure tomorrow I'm going to be 100% worse. I had some pasta for dinner last night.)
6/28: 187.4 (Yay I maintained my weight for a week! 😂 I’m shocked I got to this but at the same time I’m not. I had some major stomach issues all week where I was constipated and yesterday i was in the bathroom maybe 6 times. Very odd! I went on a 5K training session last night super sore and I had grilled steak, baked potato and broccoli.)
6/29: 190.8 (Pretty bummed out but I’m sore, bloated from a burrito I had last night and exhausted. I’ve never gained this much overnight before on my journey so I’m hoping it’ll all even out next Friday.)
6/30: 192.0 (I’m not sure what’s going on with my body. To gain 4.6 pounds of water weight is insane. My soreness is gone and I did a spin class yesterday. I’m going to continue plugging away and hope that this will all whoosh down next week!)
7/1: 191.4 (Thank goodness it went down a little! I had a gain this round, but that seems to be a norm for me. I did a 5K training run and had a chicken stir fry for dinner.)

06/22 322.8 I took it easier yesterday due to the 110 heat here so this is a loss of the water weight I had put on yesterday.
06/23 322.2 So close... My steps remain good, a little over 7k yesterday if the midday heat hadn’t been so bad I would have hit 8k. Today the rain and a bit of muscle tenderness is going to keep my steps lower. I’d rather nurse it for a day than pull it and be down a week, which is what happened last time I didn’t listen to my body.
06/24 321.4 Yay! That makes a little over 60 pounds lost since I started this journey. Hopefully I’ll see the end of the 320’s soon, they have been a little rough for me. I didn’t rest enough yesterday so today will be a full rest day to deal with a still sore calf muscle.
06/25 321.0 I’m so happy to see another loss. I think I have figured out some of what has been causing the bouncing and have adjusted my food plan. Judging by the lack of bounce since the shift I might have this figured out now.
06/26 321.8 Inflammation and hormones are the reason for this bounce. I’m also very hungry this morning. I’ve had the same thing happen at the same point in my cycle since I started this journey and usually I end up binging around dinner time. I’m going to try to make a plan and hopefully stay on track.
06/27 319.0 It’s the 310’s finally! I think that I lost all the water that has been masking weight loss. I double checked this four times, on the fourth it was a little lower, but I decided to record the higher since it came up first. I won’t be surprised if I have a bounce back up a little, that happens to me sometimes after a high drop. I stayed on track yesterday and added in some instant breakfast to my plain yogurt to satisfy my chocolate craving. When I wanted crunchy mid afternoon I snacked on an apple and peanut butter instead of crackers and cereal.
06/28 319.2 I was active yesterday, but I don’t think I got in all my water. I’m just happy that I didn’t end up with a huge bounce up.
06/29 318.4 I was expecting a bounce up because I started weight lifting yesterday. It was kept on the lighter side though because I didn’t want to over push myself. Over the last few days I’ve found myself a little hungry midday and today I’m shifting some calories to my lunch in hopes of curbing it before it’s a problem. If it still continues I may shift to planning a snack, something I’ve been avoiding doing because I prefer the three meals route. My nsv yesterday was finally starting weight lifting, I had been finding excuses to not do it for some time now.
06/30 316.6 That’s below the goal I set for mid next month as part of a challenge. I’ve been very on track since my binge early in the month and I’m seeing my plan of stay on track and getting active paying off.
07/01 316.0 I know that you’re supposed to eat back activity calories, but I was so inactive in the past that I seldom ate them back, partially because I didn’t get many. I was hungry yesterday so I ate some of them back as an afternoon snack. It’s very strange for me to even have those calories there. Because the shifts I made haven’t helped I’ve planned in an afternoon snack today.

06/22 145.0 ate very late last night so not surprised with the slight uptick. Meals planned for today so should be a good day food wise
06/23 145.5 didn’t drink enough water yesterday and had takeout Indian food so will be upping my water intake today
06/24 144.8 back down a bit, and happy didn’t gain much over the weekend. Friday’s are usually my lightest weight day so not surprised that haven’t seen round 80s end weight yet, but hope to be back there by mid week.
06/25 144.5 pretty typical Tuesday and finally slept 7 hours straight during the night (been waking up at 3am-4am the last week for an hourish).
06/26 144.2 ate very well yesterday and worked out so was hoping for more of a loss, but this is pretty consistent to with some of the weeks after a big loss that I lose at a slower pace. I am back to where I was at the end of round 80.
06/27 143.8 lowest weight I’ve seen, but only a .2 lb loss from last week so still a bit discouraged. Today’s another opportunity to continue sticking to the plan and hopefully a larger loss will come later in this round or next round.
06/28 144.0 going to try to do 120 oz of water today. I keep waking up thirsty so maybe 70 oz isn’t enough in the warmer weather.

Canadian expat living in Central America. It's too hot here to have a few extra pounds. This is my first challenge, and I look forward to this. I do Pilates for strength and flexibility, but the real workout is in my garden. We live on half acre on a hill side, and there is always lots of gardening to do.

Well, to reflect upon this 10 days. I'm stoked that I found this forum, although I'm still having trouble figuring out how to post. On 6/25 I decided to give up alcohol for a month, partly to help with weight loss, but who am I kidding...lol I need a etoh break anyways. So, I'm doing my exercise, and haven't had etoh in 6 days. My carbs are <100 per day..i know not exactly low carb, but i'm just analyzing the last 10 days. My caloric intake is fine, but I need more protein. So, in 10 days lost 1 pound...well, that's still 1 pound less, and no more gained...but more than that I'm on a journey so I'm stoked for the next ten days..see you in round 82

I got a donut hole at the buffet yesterday-first donut in a couple of years. I took 1 bite and gave it to him, he ate the rest and said “it’s dry and not very tasty.” I don’t know why I’ve been on a battered and fried thing this last week, it has to stop!3

I'm thinking that I need to eat more food. I feel like I'm back in my old trap of stress, not eating enough and holding on to weight. IF schedule has been inconsistent, from 12 hrs to 24hrs. Gotta come up with a new plan. Summer is not my friend. It's hot, I don't eat, under air conditioning, I don't drink enough water. Everything I have to force, smh.

All I can say is, I'm darn good at maintenance, since I've been in this decade for almost a year. I'm going to take some time and review the low and high periods of the past 9 months. I really think I need to eat more, as in more frequently, not more food. Fast for only 12hrs. I have no appetite and that's not good. When I do get hungry, its late in the day. Walk more for the oxygen intake. I'll see. I do want to add that I am very happy with my weight loss and have not become discouraged.

6/22 – 215.8 Tracked calories well, stuck to 1500. Did intense bike ride on hilly roads for 1.5 hours and kayaked 1 hour. Didn't drink enough water. Woke up at 5 am and couldn't get back to sleep
6/23 – 215.6 Tracked calories well, stuck to 1500. Kayaked for 3 hours. Shared a bottle of wine over dinner... starting to get paranoid that wine makes me gain weight even though I track the calories in it. Maybe the alcohol makes me retain more water? Woke up at 5 am and couldn't get back to sleep
6/24 – 216 Ugh! Back up even after all of that exercise!! I really struggle trying to get my scale to move. Went to the gym and did 50 minutes on elliptical. Ate well so hopefully I see that reflected on the scale tomorrow. Still woke up at 5 and couldn't get back to sleep. So tired...
6/25 - 216 Tracked calories well and did an intense HIIT class. Feels good to hit my calorie and exercise goals but so depressing that the scale still isn't moving.
6/26 - 216 Tracked calories well during the day, ate out at a restaurant so couldn't track super well but I think I kept it in goal. Got an hour long workout in before my flight, which I was proud of, because I had to wake up extra early to do it and normally would just say oh I'm traveling it's too hard.
6/27 - traveling, didn't weigh. Off to a wedding... wish I had lost weight for it, I've been trying super hard for over a month and haven't lost a pound yet. Oh well. No exercise today because we were rushing around trying to make things for the wedding and do all the rehearsal activities. Proud of myself for meeting my calorie goals though. Avoided temptation with a delicious looking cake at the rehearsal dinner, just had one bite for the flavor, and chose the healthy dinner option when the pasta option sounded good too.
6/28 - traveling, didn't weigh. Wedding today. Managed to sneak in a workout at the hotel gym beforehand and stay within calories, so that's good.
6/29 - traveling, didn't weigh. No exercise today, spent the day cleaning up wedding, saying goodbye to people and traveling back home.
6/30 - 214.8!!! Can't believe I finally went down! Didn't manage to formally exercise today because we came home to find our fence was torn down by some wild boars, so spent the day rebuilding that. Definitely counts as a good workout, but didn't track calories for it. Stayed within calories for the day, but did have more carbs than I probably should have.
7/1 - 215.2 *sigh* back up again but at least I'm under from my start weight of 216. I'll call that a win! Even if I just make a little progress like this, it's still progress and that's better than nothing. I have my first workout with a personal trainer today so hopefully she will teach me something new that will help me find a more effective exercise routine

Going to a family reunion in 3 weeks and would really like to feel fit and a little weight drop for it. Right now am just tired (as always after days of driving). 06/21 – 162.4 My weight before vacation was 162.2, so not up much considering travel snacking and out of control LNS the last 2 days since I got back.
06/22 – 162.4 Did go a bit over in cals. with LNS but within reason. Got a nasty project out of the way – removing double-sided tape from a window frame so I can paint. It has been on there more than 20 years. The trick was using my hairdryer heat to soften it up. Funny, the more I do, the less I overeat.

06/24 – 163 So bad this weekend on chocolate. Always hard after a trip and I’m dead tired. Then I eat too much and feel worse. Finally feeling like I’ve caught up on sleep today and got some better food choices so should improve.

@ConfidentRaven You don’t need to eat your exercise calories but you can. If you don’t, you have a larger deficit. On the old WW system, you earned 1 point for every 100 calories burned so you could add 1 pt to your daily total BUT 1 added point was only 50 calories so there was an additional 50 calorie deficit. Burn 100, earn 50. That was why I bought my first heart rate monitor. It is much more accurate than the numbers on the machines at the gym or the chart WW had for estimating your burn.5

R80 EW=197.7 GAIN Much work travel during this round. Lack of movement & all restaurant foods. I was back home & on track by the end of the round. I am currently working on fat adaption & ketosis. I have been doing badly since Thanksgiving & Christmas season 2018. Half a year has passed & I can no longer use them as an excuse! I plan on CRUSHING round 81.

06/26 …..196.6 ….. A well planned day yesterday with no slip-ups. I still think the scale should be budging more. I have not been drinking my water like I should, that is the only change. I’ve studied my history and most of the time when I have high step or high calorie burn days (heavy work or planned exercise) I tend to not reach my water goal (too busy burning). I will have to work harder on that. Yesterdays stats: 1153 Calories In / 2653 Calories Out. 15 Net Carbs. 13,346 Total Steps & 5.65 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours & I slept 4 hours & 48 minutes. I walked 27 minutes at moderate pace as a planned exercise.

06/30 …..196.0 ….. Finally a whoosh I’ve been waiting for! I had leftover taco meat so I got smart for a change. I picked up a two-pack of the oversized portabella mushroom caps, scraped them out a bit & fill them with a very tiny cushion of cream cheese (because I was a touch short on meat). I layered in the meat, the cheese, a bit of taco sauce to brighten & a dollop of sour cream. Under 10 carbs for both & delicious. I did get a little hungry later but had a friendly keto snack & had a great night! Yesterday’s stats: 1285 Calories In / 2653 Calories Out. 25 Net Carbs. 13,636 Total Steps & 5.77 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 5 hours & 27 minutes. Am almost to my 2 pound goal this round. Pray for me!
07/01 …..194.6 ….. I would love to call this a wonderful whoosh but I’m honestly not sure that it is. The weight may not last. I prepared baked fish last night with a small side of tarter sauce and, on the very first bite, I bit into something hard that didn’t belong. I don’t think it was a bone or anything. It felt more like something in the tarter, a hard piece of pickle maybe? Anyway, gag reflex took over and I had to spit it into my napkin. In the trash it went along with the bottle of tarter sauce since I won’t be able to stomach it for a long time now. I ended up skipping my dinner. I was able to eat some almonds & walnuts later but my calories were too low for MFP to close me out for the day. Today I am STARVING and am going to work hard to stay on track. Yesterday’s stats: 971 Calories In / 2605 Calories Out. 31 Net Carbs of mainly friendly veggies. 13,291 Total Steps & 5.62 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 43 minutes. I did 52 minutes of vigorous cleaning in the cabins. Yesterday was the first time my hunger was almost completely gone all day, even before the fish incident. I may be becoming fat adapted. 06/22--207.2 Went out for my 1 mile run and the hip still feels great. I'm going to get back to running 3x a week next week. Ran some errands today and now relaxing for the rest of the day.
06/23--206.5 Hardly drank any water yesterday, so late at night I had 2 big glasses of water. I was worried I would be up all night having to go to the bathroom, but I didn't have that problem. Trainer today to make up for a missed session 2 weeks ago and then going out for a long walk with my dog and with my new coworker's wife. My coworker has told me for months that me and his wife would get along and should meet, so walk is our meeting. It's hard to make friends as an adult, but it's also weird because it feels like a first date. We'll see how this goes. If nothing else the walk will help me get my steps in.
06/24--205.6 I saw this weight last round but it didn't stick around, we'll see how it goes this round. I am sore from yesterdays workout, but the long walk afterwards helped reduce the DOMS. Going for a run tonight and going to get my water in.
06/25--205.9 Had a great workout tonight with the trainer.
06/26--206.1 Did not drink a lot yesterday, I need to work on that today. I need to get started back with my running. I realize for me that if I don't set running goals I won't run. So I'm going to sign up for a 5k in early August to get myself back into it. Since I will be going on vacation between now and then it will also keep me motivated to get some running in while I'm on vacation.

06/28--206.5 Forgot to post yesterday. Had a really hard training session yesterday, but my coach was really proud of me so the session wasn't that bad. I'm going to try and see if I can book a DEXA scan today, it's been over 3 months since I was last tested and I would love to see the changes in my body fat %. Rest day today.

06/30--207.4 I was feeling kind of down yesterday because of where I thought I should be in terms of my weight loss/fat loss, but I pulled myself up this morning and realized that I am on my own journey and it's not the pace at which I lose weight that's important just as long as I'm losing and it's sustainable. I went to the gym this mroning and finished a tough workout and I feel better. I need to increase my protein, so I'm going to put some small changes into my diet and start working to get to my protein goals. Working on finishing this round out strong.

This round ends on a Monday, which is usually my highest day of the week. So hopefully I can finally have a nice loss this round to help me out.

Goals for next 10 days:
1) to get between 7,500 and 10,000 steps everyday (extremely hard to do sitting at a desk for 8-9 hours a day)
2) do not want to see anything higher than 148.9 on the scale in this round
3) finally see a new low of 145.xxx (lowest weight so far was last round and it was 146.1)
06/22 - 146.0 really? Now my scale is just screwing with me, lol. Did a 36 hour fast yesterday to get back down and on track. Seemed it has worked well and I am back down to my lowest weight so far. 8 days left of the month and really hoping to make my goal. Come on 1/10 of a pound is all I need!
06/23 - 149.0 went to a salad place for lunch and had some drinks with dinner. Should not be this high. Maybe sodium
06/24 - 149.0 this is just annoying. Ate really low calorie yesterday, but did go out for breakfast. I just don't think my body agrees with restaurant food.
06/25 - 150.8 had an amazing 3 day weekend. Went golfing all day yesterday with my 2 older boys and my husband, but I did come home with a nice little sunburn. I am assuming this is the reason for another bounce up. Ate well under calories, but also lunch was out again at another restaurant on the golf course. Going to drink tons of water today and apply aloe and see what the next couple of days brings me.
06/26 - 149.0 I was hoping for something lower. Still hurting from my burn, but hopefully within the next couple of days will be gone. My weight has been so weird this round. I saw 148.3 on the scale and then bounced back up to 149.0. So I know this is just all water weight and will have to wait for it to leave. My trend weight is super high now to, so will just have to keep working on it I guess.
06/27 - 148.0 Still struggling to come back down. I was bitten by a spider over a month ago when we went to the river. It healed within a week and I never thought about it again. Sunday morning when I had my large spike in weight I noticed the spot was back. By yesterday it looked really bad and infected, so I went to the doctor. I guess it has turned into a really bad infection and I should have gone a month ago when I first saw it. Who knew! Now I am on 2 different antibiotics and an ointment. I am assuming my body is just trying to fight the infection and recover and holding onto the weight. I started the antibiotics yesterday, so I am hoping maybe this weekend I will be back down. I'm not going to stress or worry about eating under calories at this point. I don't want to get sick/nausea from not eating enough while taking these pills. I wasn't going to finish this round, but I need the accountability. I am not going to go over my calories, so hoping after I am better I will see a loss. Bonus: I can not have a sip of alcohol while on these pills due to my thyroid. It could cause me to have a stroke because of the massive dose of antibiotics that I am on. 12 days with absolutely no alcohol is going to be rough, especially through the 4th of July holiday. I am curious to see if I see a spike in my weight loss. I have never gone more than 3 days, much less 12!
06/28 - 148.0 woke up covered in a rash. I guess I am allergic to the antibiotics! Uuuugghhh, I was high on sodium last night to, so maybe that's the reason it didn't move at all. We will see what happens the rest of the round. I am now on steroids to get rid of the rash and a new antibiotic.
06/29 - 146.5 rash and swelling is gone. New antibiotic seems to be meshing well with me. Day 5 of no alcohol and back down to a reasonable weight. 2 more days, hoping to stay some where around this weight!
06/30 - 145.9 oh my gosh! I can’t believe I finally saw a new low. Now if I can just keep it together today. I meal prep for my DH and kids today for breakfast and lunches. Lots of breakfast burritos and chicken breast with veggies and sandwiches. I tend to snack more on Sunday’s while I cook. I’m going to try to finish the round strong. At least I finished June with a new low.
07/01 - 146.5 I'm ok with this for a Monday. Usually I have huge spikes over the weekend. I guess we found out what the cause was. Day 7 no alcohol and it is becoming a struggle, I am not going to lie! Saturday night I really wanted a beer just to relax on the couch watching the fights. I am going to do the full 14 days though. So far other than not having a huge spike over the weekend I am not losing faster or anything else. We will see what happens in the next 7 days. Maybe I have a whoosh coming!5
