I started off at 171 at the beginning of last month and just blew it by trying a different diet. My weight loss journey started in January when I stepped on the scale and saw the number 212 and for me that was a hard no! I've done well so far but I've back tracked a bit but that's ok...you live and you learn! I'm am so ready to get back on track...Good Luck everyone!

I'm in but working in kilos so 5lbs = 2.3kg.
July 1 weight: 104.8 kg
Goals: To lose over 600g this coming week. Also to stick to my diet plan and do as much exercise as I can without aggravating injuries.

Goal results: Lost 800g Exercise went well this week but went off diet last Tuesday.

Goals: Stick to my eating plan of DASH diet, tracking all my food intake, drinking my water and getting exercise every day. My goal is to take off a pound this week.
July 8 weight: 211.2
Goal results: I took off my pound! Exactly. I was more aware of when I was going to eat out of stress, I ate mindfully all week, I did my DASH diet. I allowed some treats. Little by little I am taking it off.
New goals: Work on another pound by next week. Continue to eat the healthy food my body needs, be aware of emotional eating and distract when it happens.
Thinking of all of us posting and working towards are goals. It's a journey....but we can do make it.
