July 1 - 211.2 (+1.2) - I still dunno what's going on. Today I'm restarting and have all my food logged! I am saying NO to the pantry and will not snack after dinner! I'm still thinking I'm holding onto water from being so sore, but I dunno. I was in vacation from work last week, so I wasn't moving much. Today I'm back at work and drinking my usual 96oz of water and eating all my logged food. Hopefully all the moving here will help me drop some of this dang water weight. Here's to July being a better month!
July 2 - 209.6 (-1.6) - Yay! Finally going back down! And I feel like I ate a bunch yesterday, but I was still within my goal. I managed 45 min on the treadmill, hit my daily 10k step goal, and drank 112oz of water, so all in all yesterday was a good day! I decided to stop doing the 30 day challenge for now and just stick to eating right/within my limit and using the treadmill since that seems to be working okay-ish. Today will basically be the same food except dinner of course. But it's all logged!
July 3 - 208.6 (-1.0) - Still going down! I didn't use the treadmill last night because I had a raging headache, but I still stayed within my goal and was happy to see a lower number this morning. Tonight I will use the treadmill though and hopefully will still see another dip in the morning!
July 4 - 206.8 (-1.8) - New low! Yay finally was able to break out of the 207s! I even broke from what I had logged and had pizza for lunch yesterday. I made sure I only ate what first into my goals and made sure I used the treadmill last night too. Today will be interesting too, as were going to MIL house for a bbq and swimming with the kids. I am going to behave myself! And I will use the treadmill tonight too! Have a great day everyone. Keep it up!
July 5 - 207.2 (+0.4) - Was expected. I wasn't very active yesterday, ans I didn't drink enough water, but I ate okay. And I got 30 min in on the treadmill!
July 6 - 208 (+0.8) - We had McDonalds for dinner. It was within my goals, but it still made me go up. No treadmill as we were at a Basketball game that eventually got postponed because we had to deal with and earthquake. I worked today and did real well with my food. Weighed and logged my entire dinner. Will use the treadmill tonight though.
July 7 - 208 (+0.0) - No loss, no gain. Guess ots better than no gain. I'm starting to feel swollen in my legs a feet, so I think my body is starting to get ready for TOM that should be here within the next week. I drank my normal amount of water yesterday and it didn't do much for me. All I can do its wait it out and make good choices.0 -
I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.

July 1 - 146.5 was lower yesterday, but I am still happy with this on a Monday. Day 7 no alcohol
July 2 - 145.9 day 8 of no alcohol. 6 more to go to see if I see any changes
July 3 - 145.9 same no change no alcohol day 9 and not seeing much of a difference at this point.
July 4 - 145.9 again! Uuugghh
July 5 - 146.7 up a bit from yesterday. More food than usual. 11 days no alcohol and no major weight changes

July 1- 9st11.6 what a nice surprise! I've gone down since the other day. Yippee!
July 2- 9st10.6 Yay!! Bit stiff from exercising yesterday. I've been having issues with slightly painful cramping so I troed coconut water for the 1st time this morning - EW. Will keep drinking it though.
July 3- 9st12 Ahhhhh!! It has nothing to do with that celebratory poutine and root beer float that I had yesterday, on behalf of Canada Day. It's allllll muscle gain. 😆😆😆
July 4- 9:11.8. Going for a bike ride today 🚴🚴🚴
July 5- 9:11.8 Shopping for an outfit for Sunday. Waist is looking smaller yayyy! Also going back to my first boot camp in mooonths this evening. Tempted to 🐖 out, but then where will I be on Sunday?

July 3-154.6-YES- 45 min spin class yesterday and plenty of water helped-just got to get through the next 8 hours and I get a day off

July 3 - 180 I like Keto!... I feel great, NO Keto flu for now.. A little carb craving around 5pm everyday, but tolerable. Accountability HELPS ME a lot to keep focus.
July 4 - 180 I made Low-carb Pizza last night...AND ATE THE WHOLE THING! It was VERY easy to make and super tasty.

I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.
SW: 178 lbs
MGW: 143 lbs
UGW: 138 lbs
CW: 145.9
May 30 - 145.9 a new low to end the month!
July 1 - 146.5 was lower yesterday, but I am still happy with this on a Monday. Day 7 no alcohol
July 2 - 145.9 day 8 of no alcohol. 6 more to go to see if I see any changes
July 3 - 145.9 same no change no alcohol day 9 and not seeing much of a difference at this point.
July 4 - 145.9 again! Uuugghh
July 5 - 146.7 up a bit from yesterday. More food than usual. 11 days no alcohol and no major weight changes
July 6 - 146.4 ate at maintananance again yesterday. Not the best food choices, but not over calories. Sodium was probably higher than normal though.

July 5 - 126.0 Whoo Hoo! Not sure how that happened, though was aware of what I ate, had celery instead of chips, small amounts of dip and only 1 helping.

July 5 -- Missed weighing in as the hubby and I slept in a bit, but had to run out of the house to go kayaking. Kayaked for 2 hours with hardcore paddling the entire time. I am feeling it today!
July 6 -- 162 -- I'll take that, since I ate out again yesterday after kayaking. Getting lots of activity today -- 5 mile run this morning and 3 hours of bouncing at The Big Bounce America tonight, so hoping for a loss tomorrow.

July 5th: 186.1 lbs. 12 mins jogging, 1 minute walk minutes 7-8
July 6th: 185.7 lbs. no exercise.
