    July 1: 187.8 My lowest weight so far. Time to knuckle down and get serious this month :)
    July 2: 187.4 Setting new records here! Over 33lbs lost now :)
    July 3: 188.6 Ugh! I'm hoping this is just because I weighed in at 7am, instead of the 10am I've been doing the last 5 days..

    July 9: 190.2 Knocked myself out of Ketosis Saturday night @ a social event. I was smart and ate before I went, but there was this DIP that was Amazing...and alcohol, of course. Got back on track yesterday and ketones looking good this morning. Today I weighed myself at 7am, yesterday at 1 (after a prolonged fast)...So I'm actually probably down today.

    How do you check your Ketones?

    July 9- 150 Ate well and worked out yesterday! I went from 149.4 to 150 on the scale this morning, I kept stepping on again to make sure.... but it stuck to 150, I’ll be excited to get back into 140s! Tomorrow maybe!?

    July 9...168.7 I was about 162 at the end of June but strained my back and missed a week + of workouts & stopped tracking. All better and half marathon training starts today. Ready to see the scale start dropping again!

    I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.

    SW: 178 lbs
    MGW: 143 lbs
    UGW: 138 lbs
    CW: 145.9

    May 30 - 145.9 a new low to end the month!
    July 1 - 146.5 was lower yesterday, but I am still happy with this on a Monday. Day 7 no alcohol
    July 2 - 145.9 day 8 of no alcohol. 6 more to go to see if I see any changes
    July 3 - 145.9 same no change no alcohol day 9 and not seeing much of a difference at this point.
    July 4 - 145.9 again! Uuugghh
    July 5 - 146.7 up a bit from yesterday. More food than usual. 11 days no alcohol and no major weight changes
    July 6 - 146.4 maintenance calories yesterday.Not the best food choices, but not over calories. Sodium was higher than normal though.
    July 7 - 148.1 lots of alcohol last night for the fights. Will be gone by tomorrow or the next day hopefully.
    July 8 - 148.9 just the rest of Saturday nights gains. All in all an amazing 4 day weekend with family and friends.
    July 9 - 147.6 down a bit, hopefully I will be back at my starting weight soon (1 day to gain 2-3 to lose it)

    July 1 - 211.2 (+1.2) - I still dunno what's going on. Today I'm restarting and have all my food logged! I am saying NO to the pantry and will not snack after dinner! I'm still thinking I'm holding onto water from being so sore, but I dunno. I was in vacation from work last week, so I wasn't moving much. Today I'm back at work and drinking my usual 96oz of water and eating all my logged food. Hopefully all the moving here will help me drop some of this dang water weight. Here's to July being a better month!

    July 2 - 209.6 (-1.6) - Yay! Finally going back down! And I feel like I ate a bunch yesterday, but I was still within my goal. I managed 45 min on the treadmill, hit my daily 10k step goal, and drank 112oz of water, so all in all yesterday was a good day! I decided to stop doing the 30 day challenge for now and just stick to eating right/within my limit and using the treadmill since that seems to be working okay-ish. Today will basically be the same food except dinner of course. But it's all logged!

    July 3 - 208.6 (-1.0) - Still going down! I didn't use the treadmill last night because I had a raging headache, but I still stayed within my goal and was happy to see a lower number this morning. Tonight I will use the treadmill though and hopefully will still see another dip in the morning!

    July 4 - 206.8 (-1.8) - New low! Yay finally was able to break out of the 207s! I even broke from what I had logged and had pizza for lunch yesterday. I made sure I only ate what first into my goals and made sure I used the treadmill last night too. Today will be interesting too, as were going to MIL house for a bbq and swimming with the kids. I am going to behave myself! And I will use the treadmill tonight too! Have a great day everyone. Keep it up!

    July 5 - 207.2 (+0.4) - Was expected. I wasn't very active yesterday, ans I didn't drink enough water, but I ate okay. And I got 30 min in on the treadmill!

    July 6 - 208 (+0.8) - We had McDonalds for dinner. It was within my goals, but it still made me go up. No treadmill as we were at a Basketball game that eventually got postponed because we had to deal with and earthquake. I worked today and did real well with my food. Weighed and logged my entire dinner. Will use the treadmill tonight though.

    July 7 - 208 (+0.0) - No loss, no gain. Guess ots better than no gain. I'm starting to feel swollen in my legs a feet, so I think my body is starting to get ready for TOM that should be here within the next week. I drank my normal amount of water yesterday and it didn't do much for me. All I can do its wait it out and make good choices.

    July 8 - 209.2 (+1.2) - Well, this was slightly surprising. But I've got all my meals prepped for the week for breakfast and lunch, and I'm making sure I get 96oz of water a day. I did another 30min on the treadmill and hit my 10k step goal for the 2nd day in a row! I already can tell I'll be lower I'm the morning vs what I was this morning so that's good. All I can do is take it one day at a time. Gotta get back to 206s and under!

    July 8 - 207.4 (-1.8) - Yay, I went back down! Walked for 30 min on the treadmill and stayed within my goal. Hope it keeps going down!

    July 04-Did not weigh myself today I was so busy cooking IN lol for family was to hot to cook OUT but we did go swimming in the pool.
    July 05-195.6 I am on my way back down yayy!!! doing 1200 calories a day and at my second job I do so much walking I need to get a fitbit to calculate my steps....Enjoy your weekend everyone :)

    Hi. I'm a 29yr 5' 4" female from Spokane, Wa. I've had too many cheat days lately, and need to get back on track & keep myself accountable.
    My current motivation is fitting old clothes and being able to actually dress up this Halloween, but I'm hoping to be slim and fit by my wedding next year.

    Doing low carb 18:6 IF. I go to the gym 2-3 times per week, and either walk or do yard work on my weekends.

    July 2 - 162.2 A good start to the month, I think. So much water, haha.
    July 3 - 162 Not much, but a little bit lower. Doing yard work yesterday & today.
    July 4 - 160.8 A satisfying drop! Had a red bull Italian Soda and even a little wine, and I'm still getting closer. :smiley: Haven't been 160lbs since February of 2018!
    July 5 - 163 Discouraging. Had dinner at a friend's house for the 4th, and now I gotta fix my mess from all the carbs and water retention. Ugh. Fasting until tomorrow and drinking tons of water.
    July 6 - 163 Still sitting at a higher number. Hoping it goes back down, soon.
    July 7 - 162.5 Back at the starting number....
    July 8 - 163 Still feeling bloated and gross. Drinking tons of water and trying to avoid carbs... Hopefully it'll go down tomorrow.
