What’s everyone’s meal plan look like today?
Breakfast: organic Cocoa Puffs cereal with unsweetened almond milk
Lunch: chicken thigh and steamed cauliflower with butter & pink Himalayan salt
Snack: harvest pea snaps wasabi ranch flavor
Dinner: tri tip & roasted veggies
Recommend no cereal in am, maybe yogurt or cottage cheese and berries, add a little am snack like veggies and a couple of nuts, for lunch skip any butter or oil, add seasoning or lime or hot sauce.

Yay congrats!!!2 -
Weighed in this morning. Down to 208.2 lbs. This is going to sound a bit crazy, but I really was planning to lose about a pound to a pound and a half each week. Too much stress in my life.5

I'll be on vacation next week and away from scales, but today the scale said 244.9, which is right where I wanted to be by the end of the month. so hopefully that means I'll have a nice buffer.
I'm definitely looking forward to vacation, but I don't want to lose too much momentum. I plan on logging as much as possible (we're taking amtrak cross-country, and they provide calorie estimates for meals!) and walking all over Portland. Oh, and not getting crazy with alcohol. 😊7 -
So a last minute work trip hindered my workout plan for the month. I've managed to lose 3lbs by just sticking to my daily calorie goals but I haven't been able to squeeze in a full workout. I'm hoping to get two in this weekend. Not going as planned but still losing so I'm taking this as a win. Just gotta keep going!!! Good vibes for July!7

Weighed in yesterday. Down to 208.2 lbs. I’m pleased with how July is going so far. Hard to believe July is almost half over.

First part of the month I was logging faithfully but the scale wasn't moving. Finally, finally, starting to shed some pounds again. Lost 19 lbs since June 4th, 3.2 since July 1. On track to lose 10 by end of July!7

When you carefully measure out your evening snack that you've allowed yourself to indulge in and your dog tries to steal one of your tortilla chips. You are really mad, not primarily because he's being a bad dog and should know better, but because, hey, I've already logged that, no way am I going to let you have that!5

Haha, I can relate to that feeling, except with cats and a toddler....

I’d like to stop drinking alcohol so often in July!!! I feel like I use so many things as an excuse to indulge and I know it’s just empty calories.3 -
Welcome ladies!1

I was down to 196.4, but after a couple weeks of indulging, I’m back up to about 200. My goal is to get back to 196 by the end of July!1

The scale hasn’t budged for a while but I’m eating right and just started a new workout routine (Piyo, Beachbody) remaining consistent!2

I have to watch for my teenager! She’s eating me out of house and home this summer...and she weighs 95 lbs!

I’m where I want to be for mid-July. My goal is to lose 6-8 pounds this month, and I’ve lost about half that amount. It’s hard when the weather is so hot. I don’t even want to drive to the gym!
