As much as I have been beating myself up, the last two days; I'm going to stop. As yes, I haven't been successful for the last two days, but of the 12 days that I have exercised... I have crushed it!! Out of a possible 20 minutes/day for 280 minutes, I have exercised 534 minutes! For me... whoa! That's awesome.
So, I'm picking myself back up and getting back on the horse! Thanks for this challenge to keep us motivated and so we can see what we CAN accomplish!

As much as I have been beating myself up, the last two days; I'm going to stop. As yes, I haven't been successful for the last two days, but of the 12 days that I have exercised... I have crushed it!! Out of a possible 20 minutes/day for 280 minutes, I have exercised 534 minutes! For me... whoa! That's awesome.
So, I'm picking myself back up and getting back on the horse! Thanks for this challenge to keep us motivated and so we can see what we CAN accomplish!

UGH!! Really struggling this week. Hoping today/tonight is THE one that gets me back on track.

I couldn't find this challenge I joined at the end of June! So I'm starting again!
I'm more often than not walking outside less than 30 minutes 3x week.
However, about 2 or 3 times a month I will walk for about an hour, running errands or just walking to and from a small park near my home. I prefer to walk to the mall instead of other means of transportation. On these days, I'll easily walk more than 10,000 steps!
So, I'll be walking 15 -20 minutes every day if feasable.

I got to walk for the first time since the pups started to getting out of their pen but I was still walking even more scooping poop for 6 horses and caring for them plus 7 dogs and a half dozen cats due to the wife's broken hip and the daughter working out of town. By the end of the day we should have up the 3rd 10' x 10' kennel with sun protection so I should be able to walk at will both forwards and backwards daily.0
