    I'm in! For extra hard mode, I'm taking a cruise the week of 11/17 and I'm planning on not being responsible. So I guess I'll need to get 30 off to make up for the 10 lbs I'll gain back!

    I’m not sure how you figure your starting weight. I was 185 a few years ago at my highest. My current weight is 167.9. I’d LOVE to actually be down by 20 lbs by Dec 1! So I guess my goal weight is 147. I’m only 5’ tall so it’s not like I carry it well. One of my big problems is like I can get down on the floor to play with grandkids easily. But man, when I try to get back up it’s like I’m a baby hippo wallering around, hefting myself up by grabbing onto nearby furniture to help. I hate that! Any strengthening advice in that area would sure be appreciated!
