Happy as been away for 2 weeks in hot climate, eaten what I wanted but not too much, fast food and fresh fruit, lots of walking, have to be careful this week as now back home.2 -

Had a week of terrible anxiety. So bad I didn't even bother to post my weight this past Monday, because I completely stuffed my face. I only had two days under my kilojoule goal since Thursday last week. Even worse: on Thursday last week (19 July) I was at 60,5kg. The lowest I've ever been, and only 1,5kgs away from my July goal weight. And now I'm back at 62,5 where I was when I started this month. 😭😭😭
BUT
I'm back here now.
I recognize what I'm doing more than ever before: stress, anxiety and emotional eating.
The barrier I'm trying to break at the moment is a big one, and these things take time.
I'm going to give it my all in the last week of July, and then there is August, when I'll try again.
