I got frustrated this month bc it seemed like I kept bouncing around 136. In the end, I had a 5lb weight loss for the month, so it was actually a good month. It definitely helps to look at the bigger picture.4 -

July 17: 194.8 (-4.4) posting late b/c of vacation. Huge loss due to visitors in and walking (and sweating) A LOT (zoo, amusement park, mall, etc.) and eating healthy and drinking tons of water.
July 23: 195.4 (+0.6) well that's okay I suppose given the huge loss the week prior.
July 30: 195.0 (-0.4) not great and will likely not quite meet my goal but overall not too bad of month.
July 31: 194.8 (-0.2) 0.8 lbs short of my goal but overall satisfied as this was vacation month and I did not gain and still had a good overall loss. Excited for August!

July 17: 148.7 was at 144.6 at the end of last week. Just one of those fluctuations for no reason I guess. Better luck next week!
July 24: 144.4 finally I dropped whatever last weeks spike was from and a couple of ounces more. New low!
July 31: 143.7 not terrible. I think I could have been lower but drank a couple of beers on a spur of the moment date night. Well worth it though, had a blast with the hubby!

Too much vacations but I am still damn proud. I am headed out on yet another vacation (when you have kids they are all piled into just a few short months!) to visit family. But I know I can keep it in check where I'm going. I'll indulge but it won't be too extreme and the weather is amazing for running. Only 8 lbs from my goal weight and maintenance! Whoot!3
