Type O breakfast ideas?

The Blood type 'diet' was never intended as a diet for weight loss. It seems as though nobody here has read the theory behind the diet, which is that our ancestors ate a certain way, and that it's based on evolution and blood type. Type O is the oldest blood type, so their choices are meat-based, hunter-gatherer style. I'll never understand all these strange fad type diets? Why make it so restricting and complicated? just eat healthy and balanced diet at a deficit and YOU WILL lose weight. end of story6 -

Perhaps you should catch up a bit. After this nonsense was written it was discovered that we've been eating grains a whole lot longer than we thought.

I’m O+ and I’m a vegetarian because I just don’t like meat. Taste, texture, smell. Never have. So basically I’m to live on fresh air! Cheap but unsustainable I think...
My hair is blonde though, and my eyes are green. So I think I’ll be ok on grains and vegetables. Glad my eyes aren’t blue...I’d have to live off blueberries! 😉7 -

If your allergies are better without wheat or dairy that is because you have an intolerance to wheat and dairy - it is completely coincidental and irelevant to your blood type.
people arent trashing something because they have no understanding of it - they are saying something is non factual and non scientific and has no basis in reality- well, because it is non factual and non scientific and has no basis in reality

Right, makes total sense as protein-rich food is a massive reflux trigger for me. I'd thus have to take PPI and other meds to prevent me from corroding my oesophagus, developing cancer and losing my teeth due to acid.3 -

So Type O is essentially Paleo. I'm an O, and I've never in my adult life felt healthier than I did during my time doing Paleo.

Whether you enjoy paleo or not has zip to do with your blood-type (also zip to do with the supposed rationale for that diet). That said, while I didn't feel "healthier" on it, I found paleo a pleasant way to eat and one that can be done in a perfectly healthy way, and for some people it might cause them to eat more healthfully than they did before doing it.5 -

"Based on the data of 1,455 study participants, we found no evidence to support the 'blood-type' diet theory," said the senior author of the study, Dr. Ahmed El-Sohemy, Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair in Nutrigenomics at the U of T.
"The way an individual responds to any one of these diets has absolutely nothing to do with their blood type and has everything to do with their ability to stick to a sensible...diet," said El-Sohemy.6 -
I'm O-neg and I eat whatever particular foods I want, just in portions etc that will fit my daily macros/calories.

Please consider my advice to dismiss the blood type diet stuff, because you're just going to confuse some people and draw criticism from others. If you've not figured it out yet the O blood type suggestion IS the Paleo diet. Paleo has a huge following on MFP, and you'll find plenty of support from other Paleo fans. Addressing your initial question, (which I'm not sure anyone ever did but TL;DR,) search Google for "Paleo breakfast ideas" and you'll find suggestions and recipes out the wazoo. You're welcome.6 -

Huh? OP said nothing about eating paleo for three years.
I don't find the merits of the "blood-type diet" particularly difficult to come to a conclusion on. But my impression was you might think you were putting forth an argument FOR the merits of the diet (i.e., evidence that what the creator of it claims is true), so I wanted to point out that in fact that you like paleo has 0 to do with that.3 -
