What's something you wish you could tell your younger self?

I would tell myself that security is an illusion. Don’t work to get it, fight to hold on to it or be panic stricken as it slips away. It was never real to begin with. Use your energy to make yourself happy.7

Hard to boil down to a single sentence, but I'd want to convey to my younger self that there are not just two types of relationships being either passionate yet horribly dysfunctional or boring with no attraction. There really IS a good middle ground that you can find and actually enjoy life & be happy and romantically fulfilled!
It would have saved me from years in Marriage #1 (which fortunately was boring with no attraction and not the other type).2 -
I wish I could teach my younger self how to recognize a narcissist.5
