Your "personal self-challenge" can be ANYTHING. It doesn't have to be weight-loss-related.

- Do the 30 Day Shred four times a week, every week
- Intentionally focus on bettering one meal a week (breakfast, then lunch, then dinner, then snacks)0 -
I would like to join! My start weight is 158. I would like to be down to 150 by the end of September! My personal challenge is to jog at least a 10 minute mile every day, 7 days a week, on top of my usual walking & jogging. By the end of the month my goal is to run a mile @ 7mph. Also, to fit my small work pants comfortably (I return to work from Maternity leave mid-November).0

personal goal: be able to do ten consecutive good quality push-ups!
