Well, I'm only going to allow myself three slip-ups this month! I just need to do them earlier in the day, instead of before bedtime. That's so not healthy, mentally or physically.1 -

I failed last night... my dog decided it was a good idea to chase a deer/bear/possum at 1 am. So I felt the uncontrollable urge to have left over chickpea pasta and chicken followed by a mini ice cream cone and two pieces of caramel. Binge was controlled to 262 calories. Luckily, I had room for this in my day and still had a good deficit.

This really helps me stay away from the kitchen late nights!3 -
I’m going to join this! I eat my worst food after 7pm. I need to lose weight by the time I go home in 3.5 wks. My goal is 20lbs. And you guys can hopefully keep me accountable!

I'm trying again to work on myself and after dinner snacking seems to be my biggest problem right now.
Breakfast, lunch, and even dinner I do okay. But almost immediately after dinner the snacks start.
Today I theoretically burned over 500 calories cleaning around my apartment and still managed to snack myself out of all those extra calories to the good.
So I guess I'll be starting tomorrow on this.
