08/01 - 209.4 up a little, not sure why, I ate so lightly yesterday because my cold has killed my appetite. Oh well, feeling better today and able to actually do some work again 😊 ate healthy but didnt workout.. still a little sick. But otherwise, great day! Still psyched about my progress
08/02 - 208.6 feeling much better, went to work and the gym for the first time all week! Stuck to my calorie goals well and feeling very proud of myself
08/03 - 207.6 so tired this morning... Woke up hours earlier than I needed to. Went on a hike w friends which was fun but way too hot and sunny. Spent a lot of the day hydrating. Did a good job sticking to diet
08/04 - 207.2 omg! The lowest weight I've been in a year. So happy 🤩 didn't exercise, taking a rest day to be ready for personal training tomorrow. Stuck to calorie goals well even though fh got me some keto ice cream. It was delicious
08/05 - 208.6 uh oh... Why is the scale up so much? I stayed under calories. Maybe from the ice cream? Hoping it goes down tomorrow. Had a great personal training session and stayed welllll below calories so hopefully I turn it back around tomorrow.
08/06 - 209 even higher and I feel so bloated. I'm not sure why the scale is up even more today when I ate so little yesterday and exercised a lot. Hopefully this is just an anomalous flux and I'll get back to losing soon. I just get scared bc with PCOS issues, every time I start a new diet it works for a week or two and then stops even when I stick to it. I really hope that's not what is happening right now. Sticking to my calories really well today and went to the gym which is always a win. Fingers crossed this weight loss trajectory turns around soon
08/07 - 207.4... back down. Would be psyched but there's a catch. Got food poisoning or something and spent all last night throwing up and all of today in bed barely eating, trying not to get sick again. Not placing much stock in today or tomorrow's number but hoping to feel better soon and to keep losing once health returns. No exercise, way under calorie/macro goals
08/08 - 208.4... back up. Probably where I was all along and the food poisoning yesterday just made it go down more. Feeling much better today. Stuck to nutritional goals and exercised super hard at tye gym w weight lifting and 40 min intense exercise. Hoping for a drop tomorrow...
08/09 - 209 😭 honestly, I just don't understand. I was getting such good results with keto for the first two weeks and now it's like no matter what I do, even sticking to my macro and calorie targets and exercising a lot, my weight goes up. Maybe this PCOS just wont let me lose even on this super low carb diet. Will stick to my diet today but no exercise planned as I'm presenting at a conference all day. Fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow
08/10 - 208.5! Well, I get to end this round with a bit of a loss, which is excellent. Looking forward to next round where hopefully I can keep working hard and get closer to my goal of a 2lb loss. Kayaked today and have all my meals planned for the day so hopefully will do well w sticking to my nutritional goals. Onwards and upwards into Round 86...7 -

8/10 - 132.4 - 3lbs lost this round! This is not my norm, thinking I made up for bouncing around 136 for most of the last challenge.8 -
@Anlaing016 You say you are frustrated because you have been “doing super good” but if you read back over your posts of the days earlier this round, the information does not support that statement. I’m not trying to be nasty, just realistic. Really examine your food and exercise diaries.4

08/10 - 183.2 - ending better than when I started is a good thing. I didn’t have a perfect diet this round and still not able to exercise but it was better than I have been doing.8 -
Back again! Saw 141.7 last round once so I would like to get back down to that this round. Goals are to stay under 145.0 and drop my 10 day average again. I would also like to see a new low, but the last round I dropped 4 pounds and bounced around a lot. So this round I would be happy just to stabilize at 141/142.

08/01- 143.7 still holding onto Tuesday nights date night. Was hoping I would drop, but still hanging out here. Was on track all day yesterday and so far today I have been good. I have dinner planned tonight and we will be watching the first football game of the season, so should be relaxing for the most part.
08/02- 142.2 this is more where I thought I should have been the last couple of days. My 5 day average is the lowest it has been and maybe I will hit a new low tomorrow on my "official weigh in day". Last Saturday I weighed in at 141.7, so we will see what it says tomorrow. Dinner is in the crock pot and planned and so far today I have been on track. Took my daughter (my middle child) to go and register for her senior year of high school and get her schedule. Can't believe I will have another one graduating this year.
08/03- 142.2 way to many beers last night again. I have to get it together. I have done that twice now this week. I pretty much drank my calories last night, which is not doing anything for my weight loss. Had a good time, but isn’t going to help me lose these last couple of pounds and get into the 130’s. Water, water, no alcohol, and eat right today and maybe I will see a drop by Monday.
08/04- 142.2 Holding steady. Going to see Hobbs and Shaw with the hubby today and probably grab some lunch. We have to do a couple of maintenance things around the house this morning and buy a new lawn mower. So hopefully I can stay on tack and start getting it together.
08/05- 144.6 did not keep it together at all yesterday. Food was spot on, but had a couple of drinks at the movies and then a couple of more at dinner after the movies. I think I am replacing food with liquor. I am trying really hard not to snack and instead I am noticing I am drinking more. We did not buy popcorn or candy while at the movies because I didn't want the extra calories, but instead ended up drinking my beers faster and having more than normal. So this week I am going to have to switch something up.
08/06- 144.0 was on track all day yesterday. Still up from Sunday and Fridays shenanigans, but should be back down by tomorrow. Looking to finish this round strong, but have had numerous days where I was slacking and less days that I was working in this 10 day challenge. So I am trying to change that now. 4 days left to get back to 141 and it's easily doable if I stick to it and not mess up the next couple of days.
08/07- 142.1 Back down again. On track for today and meals are planned. Looking to drop again tomorrow, but we will see what happens. I never know anymore what that stupid scale will say in the am, lol. If I can hang out at around 141.xx for the rest of the challenge and stabilize I will be happy.
08/08- 142.1 I was expecting to be lower this morning, but I am the same. Usually I have a 3 pounds difference in my weight from when I weigh at night and the next morning. Last night I weighed 144.0, so I should have been 141.xx, but obviously I didn't. Was on track all day and have everything planned today. Happy with my progress and looking to finish up the round strong!
08/09- 140.8 well I finally got a new low this morning! My next happy scale milestone was actually 140.7, so close, but no cigar. I am sure I will have a bounce up tomorrow because this was a pretty good drop, but it will be a nice way to end this round if I can maintain it tomorrow. I really wanted to treat myself today for almost finishing the 140's decade with a nice big lunch out or a big calorie splurge, but instead chose to go and get a pedicure on my lunch break. I have red chili enchiladas in the crock pot for dinner tonight and the last couple of times as long as I do mine like a salad instead of with tortillas and all the cheese I have been fine. We will see what happens on the scale tomorrow. Pretty happy with my progress the last couple of rounds. 1 more day, stay strong tonight!
08/10- 139.6 I’m not complaining, but I’m not believing this new weight either. I don’t know if I may be a little dehydrated or what is going on. This has been 2 huge drops in the last couple of days and I never drop like this. We will see what happens the next couple of days. I’m not going to lie, I really liked seeing the new decade this morning.10 -

@debbie7373 Have you tried flexing your foot a few times before you stand up? I don’t know if it will work for you, but it does minimize the pain for me, sadly it doesn’t eliminate it fully.
@Anlaing016 Bounces are going to happen, sometimes for no reason that we can discern. I will sometimes see a bounce two to three days after an off/higher activity/etc day. It’s very frustrating especially at first but over time you’ll be able to predict your bounces and they won’t be so surprising. Hang in there you can do this.
@untrachelable I’ll see a bounce up for a few days after being sick. I think our bodies like to hoard water after illness. Hang in there.5 -

This round might be a little rough, my birthday, my husband’s new job/schedule, and my usual pre-tom water weight stall fall in this round. I have pre-planned my birthday to stay on track, but sadly there is little I can do about hormones, or work schedules, so I’ll just have to stay on track and wait.
8/1 303.0 A nice start to the round. I’m hopeful of getting down a little more before the tom stall starts.
8/2 302.0 I wasn’t expecting this drop. I did extra weights yesterday and thought I would have a bounce or maintain. This makes a total of 80 pounds lost this year and I’m inching ever closer toward my next goal.
8/3 301.6 The trick this weekend is to stay on track even with my birthday tomorrow. We have a little extra money and it’s hard not to say let’s just go out. But I’m only two pounds from my next big goal and while I won’t make it there tomorrow I know that I will soon.
8/4 304.8 So for my birthday I got a 3.2 pound gain of water weight. I’ve been on track so I know that it has to be a water bounce from some source or another. I’ll be back down whenever this is passes.
8/5 304.2 I stayed on track and mostly on plan yesterday. I ate into my activity calories by 100 to have a cupcake that my daughter insisted had to be bought for me.
Because I was up yesterday I took the plunge and weighed at an earlier time that works better for the new household schedule. It’s all good though and while I didn’t account for a bounce up I knew this round would see some trouble with losing. Thankfully I don’t have anything else major happening until the end of the month so once tom comes the weight will go.
8/6 305.2 Wrong way again. I’ve had this happen before and it’s a matter of waiting it out because afterwards I have several big drops. I’m on track, though a little carb heavy last night , so I know that this is temporary.
8/7 304.8 I’m staying on track with calories, my food plan not so much. It’s okay though it’s more important to me to stay on track calorie wise than macro wise. The cravings for chocolate will pass. Tom, if on time, should show up in the next few days.
8/8 304.2 Right direction. I was on track with everything yesterday and got a few nice walks in
8/9 302.8 I wasn’t expecting this drop, but it’s nice and hopefully just the start of several more.
8/10 301.6 And back to my low from earlier in the round. I’m still not fully sure what caused the initial bounce, but I knew that if I was patient it would go. I’m happy with the loss I had this round, I knew at the onset that I wouldn’t lose as much this time.

8/1 119.5 Did beef and butter fast yesterday in support of my daughter. I really don’t want to lose more weight. Will see how these 3 days go. Going to the gym and the pool today and sewing.

I’m still battling TOM water retention with swollen legs so the pool looked fabulous last night. All the first week lunches and treats should die down now and start getting to a normal work routine, at least by mid-week. So, hoping for some drops next week.

08/01 140, I can’t believe this is my 20th round! Took a barre class yesterday and made it through. It was like hot barre because the weather in Maui is so warm so my Fitbit showed 100 calories more burned than a usual barre class. Heading to a tennis lesson. I’m always very positive at the beginning of a month and despite 5-6 lbs being difficult to get to in a month with 20 lbs to go, it’s not impossible with good choices
08/02 140, stayed the same, but need to drink more. I had 92 ounces, but still work up thirsty. Humidity is no joke especially if you aren’t used to it.
08/03 139.9, slow and steady but great to see a number in the 130s. I head back home on Monday, so have a few days left to get back to normal routine before the end of the round.
08/04 139.8, I’ve been eating really well and drinking less alcoholic beverages than usual (all the drinks here are really sugary and with it being so hot, been drinking almost exclusively water). I’m hoping to see a drop after the 7th (first full day back), because I’m a bit confused why haven’t dropped more this week unless it’s water retention.
08/05 139.8, weight from this morning. Just landed from 6 hour flight and didn’t eat very well and didn’t exercise so hoping not too much fallout tomorrow. My TOM is Wednesday so still optimistic a lot of the weight I may gain over the next few days will be water weight and can end round at or closer to 138.5
08/06 139.9, back home and will be back on schedule today food and exercise wise.
08/07 139.8, didn’t sleep well last night, but should be back to normal tomorrow.
08/08 139.5, hoping sleep schedule will be back to normal soon. Monday I didn’t get home and to sleep until 3:30 and haven’t been able to sleep more than 5 hours straight since. Slept better last night, so confident it will be soon.
08/09 138, wasn’t expecting to see this number so it’s a pleasant surprise! Today is the start of a 3 day music festival so will be up tomorrow but glad to see a new number this round even if don’t end at it.

Yesterday’s stats: 902 Calories In / 2657 Calories Out. 18 Net Carbs. 19,242 Total Steps & 8.14 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours (missed one during hair appointment) & I slept 4 hours & 41 minutes. I've exceeded my 2 lb goal (loss) this round. Now, just to preserve it!
08/08 …..195.8 ….. Happy to see it continue downward. Need more water. Slipped up & had a bit of Sherbet yesterday, otherwise pretty good day for food & moderate exercise. Yesterday’s Stats: 1688 Calories In / 2682 Calories Out. 61 Net Carbs. 13,553 Total Steps & 5.74 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 42 minutes. I have been sleeping better lately with more nights in or near the 5 hour range. I’m not sure why but I’m loving it. I walked twice yesterday at a moderate pace which burned a total of 194 extra calories. The second walk was the longest & I went because of the sherbet. Tomorrow I would like to take my new girlfriend to the local fish fry. She loves fish but struggles financially. I would love to buy her dinner as she is always helpful to me when I need it. Last time I went I did incredibly well with bringing much of it home to my son.
08/09 …..196.2 ….. Fluid retention today. PHENOMENAL DAY YESTERDAY. I beat all my previous records. Yesterday’s stats: 1554 Calories In / 3710 Calories Out. 60 Net Carbs (I ate the soft shells on the tacos). 25,545 Total Steps & 10.81 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 6 hours & 3 minutes (woo hoo!) I walked for 82 minutes at a moderately brisk pace. I did low impact aerobics for 48 minutes. I vigorously cleaned tourist cabins for 315 minutes which was particularly grueling this week. I knew this would be a high burn week for me as it’s a busy time of year here at my business. Sunday will be the most amount of work! I have tried to maximize on it all. A bit of an uptick on the scale after all the exercise, but I’m sure it’s just water retention from tacos & exercise. I had a 2156 calorie deficit so it can't be fat gained! Have a great weekend everyone!
08/10 …..197.0 ….. Down 2.7 lbs this round. I am happy about that. Scale is a little confusing these past couple of days. I have worked harder, included more exercise & kept my calories at a great deficit. My carbs a bit up but nothing out of control. I have even slept better lately. I’m not sure what is happening but I’ll trust the process & assume some sodium & fluid retention are to blame. I will need to be a bit more mindful of my carbs. My great NSV this round is that I have kept it under GREAT CONTROL at the restaurants compared to the usual. I’ve brought half home each time to share. I have ordered more responsibly. I have kept the calories good, even if the carbs were a little bit up. I have seriously felt more in control. However, in being honest I must share that the restaurants have all been local this time (a little tired of the same menu choices), and if I can exhibit the same behavior when I’m traveling (often) and out of town (a lot) when I’m near new & interesting choices, I’ll feel like I’ve hit the grand slam home run. As for this round I’m so happy that I made goal and learned some new restraint. Yesterday’s stats after being invited out to dinner by my son: 1610 Calories In / 2393 Calories out. 56 Net Carbs. 11,935 Total Steps & 5.05 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours & I slept 5 hours and 26 minutes. I walked for 39 minutes with my neighbor & I danced for 12 minutes during 3 pre-planned songs. Sample song “Billie Jean” by Michael Jackson. Nice round everyone. See you in Round 86!

This is first round for me. Starting a few days late, but started back on mfp on August 1st after stepping on the scale. Currently at my highest adult weight without being pregnant. Had my baby 1 year 5 months ago. Had lots of time to lose, but clearly didn't.

08/01 -182lbs. Saw this weight and knew I needed to make changes. Back on mfp to log. Signed up for beachbody on demand.
08/02- didn't weigh. Logged all foods and did bbod day 1. Did go out for a date night and had a few drinks with a big supper. But ate very light prior to. It was the first time in 2 years my hubby and I had a real date night. 🤷♀️
08/03- didn't weigh. Did day 2 bbod. Logged all foods. Feeling very motivated.
08/04- 180.2. Wow, I hope today's weight wasn't a fluke and it sticks! Did day 3 bb workout and ate well.
08/05 - 179.6. Day 4 bbod plus about 45 mins of yardwork today. 😊
08/06- 179.0. Day 5 bbod. Went a little over calorie goals today.
08/07- 179.8. Up a little, likely due to yesterday's pizza supper. Today is day 7 of bbod, which is rest day, but I am doing plenty of housework in preparation of company coming tomorrow.
08/08- didn't weigh. Had to estimate some food portions, since having company had me less careful than usual. However, I think I stayed within my range. Did day 8 of bbod. Need to drink more water, the past 2 days I haven't done well with water drinking.
08/09 -177.2. Excited about the numbers, even though I'm guessing this is a bit of a low fluctuation. Day 9 bbod had 2 workouts in the calendar, but decided on 1. Didn't have the energy for 2 today. 🤷♀️
08/10- 177.6. Im very happy with the overall loss this round. I ended 2.4lbs under my goal. 😊

08/07: 218.1 Got in just over 7000 steps. Doing IF and only ate one time yesterday. Of course it helped that I had a Dr. appointment at 1:45 in the afternoon and needed to go in fasting. By the time I got out of his office, went to the lab and waited, we finally got to eat at 5pm.
08/08: 217.0 I'm having a difficult time believing the scales. Surely this must be water weight. Though I am happy the scales are going down 😊
08/09: 216.7 I didn't get anywhere close to getting my steps in yesterday. Started having a flare-up of RA on the sole of my left foot... so painful I can hardly put any weight on that foot. Still doing Keto and IF.
08/10: 215.8 I didn't walk at all yesterday except a little around the house doing chores. My foot is still swollen and painful, but I'm very happy with this round. Going to continue with the Keto WOE and IF!

08/01: 161 (0.0) No change there... Not feeling too good lately, the rheumatologist has added an extra drug for the next 6 months and I know from past experience that it'll be hard going with weight loss this medication makes me nauseous and I get the munchies at the same time with it. I've changed to goals to just sticking to my recommended calorie intake for this round.
08/02: 161 (0.0) Another Status Quo, I think I'm at a plateau which is going to be hard to break through as I'm not doing as much exercise for the moment! Tomorrow, if all goes well, I'll try some static aerobic and that'll be my goal for tomorrow with the 1200 cal intake
08/03: 161 (0.0) Still status quo, a bit frustrating. I did go over by 100 yesterday when I nibbled on carrots at 10 pm but I was starving lol Today's another day, I'm still sick so taking it easy. I'm not expecting any miracles for tomorrow I will try and get my water in though!
08/04: 161 (0.0) same weight for the 4th day, that number is digging it's heals in! Yesterday all I did was sleep anyway so I couldn't have used up much energy. Did stay in my 1200 cal. About the same today as still sick and I need to get into shape for work tomorrow.
08/05: 161 (0.0) 5th day ! Humpfff, ok I did have a rice dish for dinner last night! I'll try and have my main meal at lunch time today and a smaller meal this evening
08/06: 160.4 (-0.6) At last, although I think my scales have issues, it's brand new but anyway... I'm happy with this result, I hope now that I might be able to get to my CGW this time. I went for a short run/walk yesterday and it did me good, although it was - I have to admit - really painful I'm more determined than before to loose weight as I think it'll help with my RA and I might be able to stop taking this second medication
08/07: 160.4 (0.0) Yesterday was a quiet day, it's becoming quite routine to stick to the 1200 cal allocated, although I hope I don't get bored with it, I don't often vary my meals. Today I'm planning on a walk/run this evening if I have time. I've started the Couch 2 5k program. I used to run a lot when I was younger, I don't remember it being this painful
08/08:159.4 (-1.0) wohooo I didn't expect that loss ! I stayed within my 1.200 cal and went for a 30min run/walk yesterday evening to try out my new running shoes, I really enjoyed this run. I feel very self conscious with people looking at me trudging along as I run in town. Next run planned Saturday! I hope this loss will stick till the end of this round !
08/09:160.0 (+0.6) I can’t say I’m really surprised! Yesterday’s loss was quite amazing! But now I have to try to stay at this weight till tomorrow. I might go running later depending on the weather 😊
08/10: 160 (0.0) No surprise there and hit my goals so I’m happy. Today I’m taking a cheat day.I went “running” several times this week but didn’t eat back any calories and I feel like I’m running on empty if you now what I mean 😊

08/01: 228.8 (-0.4)/19.5 (-0.1). First day back, tracked all my food, and was under calories by a bit. So far, so good. I may try to hit the gym today, but if not today, tomorrow for sure.
08/02: 229.0 (+0.2)/19.5 (0.0). It took me one day to remember one of the main reasons why getting healthy and fit can be a challenge. Wife and I got take-out last night, and she picked up the food. I ordered EXACTLY what I wanted, and she decided to order 510 calories worth of food that I didn't ask for. It's hard for me to say no when it's in front of me. I would have been just about at my calorie goal otherwise.
08/03: 228.4 (-0.6)/19.4 (-0.1). Didn't eat particularly well yesterday, especially in the evening, but did better with portion control than I have recently (little steps). I had a couple of glasses of delicious red wine with dinner, and a healthy little snack in the evening. But my wife is gone for the next three days, so I should be able to get a nice jump-start/boost into my weight loss. I'm also headed to the gym as soon as I'm finished posting; I'll let you all know how it goes in my post tomorrow!
08/04: 230.4 (+2.0)/19.6 (+0.2). Hmm. I went to the gym yesterday, and I felt better than I have in a long time. Ate within my calories... didn't even eat back my exercise calories... and I'm up 2.0 lbs. If I take a snapshot of the last 24 hours it makes no sense. But if I think about my eating the two days prior, I get it. Consequences seem to occur a day or two later than I expect them to. I had did well yesterday, and I'll focus on having a good day today as well.
08/05: 229.8 (-0.6)/19.5 (-0.1). I ate better most of the day, but went to a birthday party in the evening. I generally did a good job with portion control, but missed my calorie goal by about 150.
08/06: 230.2 (+0.4)/19.6 (+0.1). This weigh-in was maddening (at first). I didn't get it. I was good yesterday, ALL DAY LONG. How the hell do I gain weight when I'm GOOD!?!? I think I know the answer. Because. I've had an up-and-down first challenge, and, for the most part, I've hit my calorie goal at about a 50% clip, including two days where I had 2+ drinks. I also know that, in the past, there's no linear relationship between what I do (or eat) in a day and the following day's weigh-in. I forget sometimes how important it is to look for trends, no matter how much I know this. I'm going to try to finish strong; my adjusted goal for the challenge is to lose a total of 0.2 lbs, which would mean losing 1.2 lbs over the next four weigh-ins.
08/07: 228.6 (-1.6)/19.4 (-0.2). That's better... a WHOOSH! This challenge has been filled with a lot of "ups," so it's nice to finally have a little bit of a "down" when reading the scale. I was under my calorie goal again yesterday; that part of things seems to be getting easier. I'm able to say "no" to things like french fries and sweets, where I have had serious difficulty with either previously. When the wife and I order out, I'm EXPLICIT about what I would like, what I DO NOT want (she likes to add a cookie or side she is buying FOR ME without asking), and how I'm NOT going to graze on anything she has left over (another bad habit of mine). I love being accountable, as much as I hate it. It feels like it's been a roller-coaster ride this so far, but it's so nice to be able to look back over the week and think about areas in which I can improve. I'm feeling really motivated to finish off this challenge in a strong way. I also talked with a co-worker yesterday, who decided I HAVE TO get more cardio in (I like to lift weights, but I hate cardio). I'm going to commit, every time I go to the gym, to either 30 minutes on the elliptical (steady state) or doing an HIIT workout on the elliptical. I'm also going to work basketball back into my schedule. I'm aiming eventually to go twice per week, but I'll start with one for a while. I will be in the gym tonight.
Two side notes - 1) I finished GOT last night (not sure how I feel about the ending yet), and 2) I've been in these challenges before, but under a different name. I felt like I had to change things up in order to get some traction, so I deleted my old MFP account.
08/08: 225.8 (-3.0)/19.1 (-0.5). Another WHOOSH!!!. Sometimes they just seem to happen when you need them, and I am REALLY happy it happened during my first challenge. Have I been perfect? No, not at all. Have I been working really hard? Yes. I really have. I deserve this today. Slightly over calories last night, and did not make it to the gym, but ate REALLY healthy.
08/09: 225.4 (-0.4)/19.1 (0.0). Today I'm kind of just happy to be where I'm at (no bounce back after having a couple of good scale days. I was on-target with calories, though that included a "later" snack and a glass of chardonnay. I'm struggling a little bit to get to the gym. I generally get home from work before my wife; I think I'll try going to the gym right after work at least a couple of times each week. Most of the time I'll probably be home and showered before she even gets home.
08/10: 224.6 (-0.8)/19.0 (-0.1). Great ending to the challenge for me. On to the next!

I’m in going for my 2nd round. My first ten day round had a lot of traveling/camping. These next ten days will be more structured.
My goal this round is to cut out sugar and cut back on gluten, continue drinking 100 oz water per day, get at least 20 minutes of cardio per day, and get enough sleep.

08/08 - 156 lbs so much for these ten days being more structured. My work schedule changed up my routine and it’s taken me a few days to get in the new swing of things. Unfortunately I have not been doing my cardio or keeping up with my water. I need to keep up with this challenge and stay accountable!
08/09 -156 lbs need to get back in the food tracking routine and water intake. Yesterday I just wasn’t feeling it. Even with all the schedule changes, missed weigh ins and cardio, I have been maintaining healthy eating and cutting out sugar. Today is cardio day
08/10 -156 lbs, happy to see this weight sticking for now. 158 was a new heigh for me, after being at or under 156 (152-156) for quite some time. I did 50 minutes of cardio on my spin bike yesterday. Healthy eating but had dessert too for a special occasion. Happy to be going in the next round a couple pounds lighter10
