Congratulations on 13 lb weight loss! How did you feel on Whole30? Are you continuing with that?
We both began at the same weight! I gave myself 2-3 years to get to goal, losing no more than 4-5 lbs per month, then 3, 2, 1 as I got closer to goal. It gave me lots of time to build habits & continue with them even if Scale isn’t so rewarding!
