Changed my mind.. buying the kid one of those solid steel platform beds. She's an adult and out of the house but it's on her wishlist and her birthday is this weekend1 -

How's your footwear?
Tennis shoes. Pretty good.
Some tennis shoes IMO are like reliable trail running shoes. What kind of surface were you walking on for that duration?
Treadmill at an incline.2 -

Too many variables to assess the actual why. You could have hyper-pronation. You might need to address back and leg strength & balance issues. If this persists barring existing spinal issues you are aware of like slipped disc phenomenon, you may need to see a specialist.3 -

Treadmill at an incline.
You may consider trying zero-incline next time and if it is still an issue, please consider seeing a specialist as suggested above.2 -

I guess it's a way to at least distract from being grossly fat. But now being back into weight loss and really pushing about fitness I can barely motivate myself to give myself a pamper day. I do the basic makeup because I'm still grossly fat and therefore must wear makeup to look presentable but if I had my way I would work from home, go to the gym and never be seen until I hit my goal. But alas finding a role that hits salary needs and work from home haven't come to me yet. I love the flow of fitness and I know I have a few things to work out about balance of fitness ie not feeling like a whale when I am tired but need to work out or being very deathly afraid of food I am happy I'm more aware this round of trying to get to 150lbs than before. I have a lot to get off but balance will hopefully come.
Just as women of colour we know that we need to take our seat at the table, the same fervor of prioritizing pampering day and allotted time for daily devotions and workouts +rest days needs timetabling.
A friend highlighted to me a few years ago, that I work all the time ... Workout all the time ... Even pamper myself on my beauty days, ONLY, when did I allocate the time to let myself know that I appreciate the efforts I make on the daily to make bank? As in, when do I just make time to splurge FOR ME.
Remember, as sisters, taking our place at the table, also applies to taking a seat at your own table.4 -

When you read replies to quoted posts, one replying flips the initial thought out of context and into a whole other conversation.

So you're saying that cheeseburgers should only be eaten alone?
