    It's a daddy-son end of summer Minecraft day so I ran. My shoulder has been really achy today but it felt good to get out and work my lungs. Hooray

    Great job! Muggy in MD I did not run..resting my legs.. did 9mi last Sat. Will do 4 tomorrow
