Tomorrow starts a Double Down week for me. I had made good progress over the past few months but have stalled the past three or four weeks. Still tracking daily and attending my fitness classes, but I haven't been completing my diary daily and I've found myself grazing again out of boredom and stress. Sadly, my fitness group is closing on September 7, so I'll need to continue on my own until I find a replacement, which hopefully won't be that long. Until then, I need to get back in the correct mind set, track EVERYTHING, complete my diary daily, and start using all my equipment at home. And of course, leaning on my friends and forums in MFP for motivation!2

Hey everyone! Currently waiting for Dorian to arrive in a few days. It was scheduled to make land as a Cat 3 or 4 here in Northeastern Florida, but has since moved south a little. We're probably just going to get a bunch of rain and 20-30mph winds, which I'm 100% here for. Sorry central Florida, but I'm going to need you to take one for the team. 😁4

Yikes, good luck!!!1

Feel free to add me. I’ve come a long ways since I really started dedicating myself to a healthier/fitter lifestyle. I’m almost 36 and I’m stronger and almost faster than I was in my twenties. I’m always looking for motivation, inspiration, and hope to maybe help others find the same. Look forward to hearing from everyone and meeting friendly maybe even competitive people on here to push me!3

Good afternoon all. Dorian update: it's bordering on a category 5, but by the time it reaches the coast of Jacksonville (where I am) early Wednesday morning, it should be down to a Cat 3. We'll probably be without power for a day or two, so if you don't hear from me just know I'm sitting in the dark....probably snacking.😁 I hope everyone has a relaxing Labor Day, and for anyone else living on the southern east coast, stay safe!3

38 in a couple of months and looking to loose at least 100lbs!
Need witty/daft/excentric/sarcastic and genuine people to take this long haul journey with me.... Though that may involve dragging me kicking and screaming away from the chocolate Isles!! 😜
If you think you have what it takes, please feel free to message or add me. X1 -

Don't think many of us feel our age and if 32 is middle aged then I'm f*£&ed!1 -
