Round 88
Please join us! Starting on 08/31 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 88
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Thanks @GrandmaJackie! Iโm in. Iโve had the app since 2011 and use it on and off if I gain 5 or 10 lbs. Weight is up and I have managed to gain 30 lbs after saying โI doโ Iโve reached my heaviest and need to get back to me. Iโve been tracking for a week and walking 3 mi a day for 2 weeks. This challenge will give me much needed accountability.0

@jazzeb, welcome back! It seems like itโs sooo much easier to gain our weight then loss it! ๐. Outstanding job jumping right back on the horse!0

Youโll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. - John C. MaxwellMy goal for 2019 is to get into ONEderland. Changing my life.
Plans:
- Find workout routine that works (walk, bike, planks, yoga, swim, take advantage of retirement to be more active); target 70k steps per week
- Drink more water (target min 64 oz daily; start with 1 glass before coffee)
- Journal Food Daily (tracking with MFP since 12/28/2018)
- Daily Vitamins (Drโs orders; need to not ignore)
- Drink less alcohol (4 AF days per week; ~16 AF days per month; limit 1-2 glasses per day)

Iโm in. Going back to work after 8 weeks off for surgery. Iโm really going to need the accountability with the stress & busyness of working 12 hour shifts.1

So I am going to be out of town for the first 3 days of this round to attend my FIL's services. I am not going to have a lot of control over my food choices seeing as I will be eating what my husband's family will be serving and probably a lot of restaurant food. This round I am sure is just going to be another maintenance round for me, which I am fine with. If it takes me losing a pound or two a month until the end of the year to finally reach my goal I am fine with that.

Thank you @GrandmaJackie for another round. I fell out of the last round. Every day I gained and got so discouraged. I thought "what's the use, this is who I am". Then I told myself that I've lost the weight before, surely I can do it again. I lost 93 lbs back in 2002. Of course I was a lot younger then and I've been told it's harder to lose when you're older. Maybe though I CAN lose, but just at a slower pace. Wish me luck!2
