I’ve joined one of these groups in april, best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb between April and July and it’s really nice to see how others are getting on😀
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked or a Halloween party invite!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.

I’ve maintained the past 6weeks as started a new job which is less active than my last and lot of driving, I snack on fruit in the car for my breakfast and pre lunch🤪 getting my 5 portions a day without trying and minimal calories, I have booked a break away middle of october so this is my motivation to lose weight before we go😀❤️6 -
