Okay...I have been to kinda watch all the posting from afar. I am in!! Worried about my knees though.. I do have the dvd, never made it through the first week!

I use 3 lbs most of the time.....use 5 lbs for "row".....but I use 8 lbs for chest fly......highly recommend having options close by....0

I am however I have been doing it for the past 20 days or so...just completed day 5 of Level 2 this morning. I love the quick 20 min workout!!!0

I know how you feel.... I'm in physical therapy for my knee, but i'm also doing 30DS right now, I'll be finishing day 30 tomorrow & then restarting. The first few days of Level 1 are hard on the legs, but if you push through, the pain goes away.
Also to answer the other questions people asked... anyone can join this group The more people the more support!0 -

Couldn't agree more! I use 5lb for almost everything, until my arms get tired then I switch to the 3lb. But in Level 2 & 3 I've use the 3lbs quite a bit for things. .... Agree completely on the chest fly, I'm thinking of getting 8lb for that because they're too easy with 5lbs (at least for me)0 -

This will be my 2nd round of 30DS so I plan to step it up a notch & do everything twice a day! L1D1 twice, L1D2 twice, etc... No days off.
Also, I plan to stick to Jillians diet for the 30DS.... not specifically the diet... but the part where she says to burn as many calories as you eat each day while doing the 30DS.0 -

I would like to, but have a question...Had surgery in May, healing fine, but a little issue with my ab muscles, How strenuous are the ab routines and is there a way to modify a little.0

I fell off the wagon half way through L2. So I will start again. Will either do it 2x or do it alongside ripped in 30. May also follow her diet plan.

There are two girls who do the workouts with Jillian... one was modified moves & the other does advanced. It's only $10, so you could always try the modified versions of the workout, and if that's too much it's only $10 that you didn't use.0 -

My HRM & dvd time always shows that it's 26 minutes with the warm-up & cool-down... better excuse to eat more calories =P0 -
Did level 2 for fun today. I think I did 35 days in a row (started late July). I'm taking a break tomorrow so I can jump in fresh with everyone on Thursday!

Hmmmmm dare I say I'm in???? I've tried, I've failed, I've tried again, I've failed .... I've logged off MFP for over a month ..... I'm ready to try again
I intend to start on the 2nd as I'm away for a couple of nights. Will be wiping my slate clean starting my weigh in and measurements from the 2nd too x0 -
Starting tomorrow! Gonna try my hardest to get up in the morning and do it. Gonna do one in morning, 1 at night.
