August was a bad month for me. I was posting here religiously and then completely fell off the wagon. I've somehow managed to stay somewhere between 203 and 206 though, so I haven't packed too much back on (lowest was 202, so somedays I'm not too far off). Time to get back to it! This month WILL be better! I'm determined to get under 200 this month!
I'll post my updated weight in the morning.

Hi All,
First time doing this for me too, had been watching the August one waiting for this one to start so I could join and then missed it! Hoping it's okay to join today.
I'm definitely on the larger side and have a long way to go but taking it in small chunks.
Starting weight 324.5 (started on 22nd August 19)
Start weight this month 312.5
Goal weight this month 299
Target goal weight 180 (maybe, that's subject to change as I haven't given much thought to where I want to be ultimately, just the little targets along the way!)
1 September - 312.5 exceeded 10k steps today for the first time since I started!

Goal weight this month: 168 I hope that's realistic. (I've been having a hard time being on top of my eating and losing, and only lost 2.5 lbs in August. Going back to work this week, and that will be stressful.)
