            Awesome work. If you aren't already and want to maximize results, i would get on a structured lifting routine, like StrongCurves or stuff from Stephanie Buttermore

 This is great advice from @psuLemonAwesome work. If you aren't already and want to maximize results, i would get on a structured lifting routine, like StrongCurves or stuff from Stephanie Buttermore

            Girl you look great! You're doing awesome! I have always had a big butt but have been doing cable pull through and also stair climber and it has made my butt sit higher and become a little more firmer! Your's is a complete transformation though! 1 1
