who insist they suffer from RBF.
Imo, it’s an excuse for being rude,
    learn some manners.

I can’t relate to people that seem to have not even a modicum of compassion. Those that can’t even entertain the idea that they may be wrong/mistaken/ignorant about some things. Egocentric people.

So people’s neutral faces are rude now?

    It’s just my opinion.

    Resting neutral face?
Maybe it’s not the same thing.

Like I said, it’s just my opinion.

I can’t relate to people who *enjoy* public speaking 🤢

chemical high afterward, that's all I can say about that.

I so wish I could successfully public speak. I can't even control how my body reacts. I start shaking, turn bright red and break out in hives, my voice trembles...it's awful. I even took a public speaking class as an undergrad in the hopes of overcoming it or at least making it manageable by getting out of my comfort zone, but no dice. :(

The more you do it the better. The failure of it makes you so much more canning. If I can find a way public speaking will be how I make a lucrative living. It's like the dopest thing in the world.

I can't relate to those who don't try or need everything laid out.

i always thought rbf was when ladies got those permanent lines between their brows that made me look kinda angry all the time so even tho they were just goin about their day they looked mad

😂 I could be wrong but I think that’s just wrinkles from age.

  • I have an RBF face so I try to remember to smile all the time when I'm in public which is not easy to do. Its just that my mouth turns down naturally at the corners when I'm not smiling.

IDR to people who tell me I should "smile more". No *kitten*, there ain't nothing over here to smile about, kindly move on and stop patrolling my face.

I also just don't get this. Why does a random stranger care whether I smile or not when that is the *only* interaction they have with me? It's just weird.

I find it’s usually men being awkwardly flirty

Yeah, that is kinda awkward, especially if I can't tell that you're actually flirting.

Same. I've read the books, watched the movies, even gone to a couple costume parties (all adult)...but I DO NOT get the Harry Potter love and was never really that consumed with it.

I always feel like "wow you guys are still really on that, huh?"

Meanwhile, I have lots of older movies/books I adore but I know not everyone's going to relate to the references (so I just don't go there).

Ditto. My mouth never turns up at the corners, even with the biggest smile, it just levels out. People project all kinds of negative feelings for me "You look sad" "You look angry" when I'm just resting/neutral.

I can't relate to people who say that dark chocolate is soooo rich, one square immediately fulfils their craving for chocolate. One, dark chocolate tastes like bitter wax to me and two, one square of chocolate is never enough.

What if you’re walking slow to stop and smell the roses? 🙂😉
