I’m quite happy keeping my calories & exercise up as I gradually get down to 155-156. I feel super healthy - much more toned!

1. Aiming for 3 weight training classes a week, 5 cardio sessions a week and walking 10k steps daily. - This week's goals smashed! I weighed myself today as it's weighing day at the gym.

Sep 01: 124.4 :: started couple days early in Aug and already making progress. Dropped from 129 to 125. Now, keep on momentum going and be responsible during long weekend for labor day.
Sep 08: 124.4 :: with exception of 1 day where I drank 2 glasses of wine and went over calories that day by 500, did fairly well. Need to focus on being more active and cutting drinking out completely. Weight is not moving but body shape is looking better in the mirror. Next weekend is the birthday plans so need to plan better around it.
Sep 15: 123.6 :: followed well through the week but slipped in the weekend because of celebrations. Portion controlled on the slip ups and drinkinking and logged everything. Kept movement up. I can see visible fat loss and body shape getting better.

Sept 15: 248.6 down. 2.4 since last week, 9.2 since start. Best this week was 247.8 yesterday and Friday. Not bad of a “gain” after quite a tailgating experience yesterday! (In state rival, college gameday, 14 hours of tailgaiting and football only to go home 1 minute into the second quarter due to the second lightning delay, torrential downpour, and flash flooding. Watched the team lose by blowing an opportunity at the last second due to a bonehead mistake)
