    Yay! And I finish out September! Got squats, lunges, and pushups in for Day 30. Still have arm circles, side bends, and tricep lifts to do this evening!

    Will watch for your October Challenge!
    • 9/1-4 - 20, 25, 30, Rest ✔
    • 9/5-7 - 30, 35, Rest ✔
    • 9/8-10 - 35, 40, Rest ✔
    • 9/11-13 - off with a 2 mile walk on the 12th
    • 9/14-15 - 40, 45 ✔
    • 9/16-21 - off
    • 9/22-25 - 40, 45, 50, Rest ✔
    • 9/26-30 - 50, 50, 50, Rest, 50 ✔
