    46.5 hours minimum this month for me! I'll do a running total at the end of each week.

    Oct. 1: 30 minutes of core and arm work (10 lb free weights)
    Oct. 2: 45 minutes of core, leg/glute work
    Oct 3: 50 minutes of core and arm work (10 lb free weights) (a little sore)
    Oct 4: 60 minutes of pushing my lawn mower up and down the hill that is my yard
    Oct 5: 60 minutes of moving furniture out of my garage and basement and into a dumpster (five couches, one old treadmill, two very heavy Steelcase made desks, an entertainment center, a picnic table...and misc lighter items)

    Pretty sure tomorrow will need to be a rest day.
