Please share your story and how you did it with specifics. Amazing transformation!27 -
At the start of the year, I would've said that it's all about abs! But 3+ months of focus on strength training and building muscle have convinced me otherwise. I know that one day I will get back to having good abs again, but I'm also very excited about how my strength has improved.

From 250 to 150!
It took me 2.5 years to lose 100lbs. I personally found that lower carb and carb cycling worked for me. As well as working out 5 times a week.

I just count my calories. I limit my calories to 2500 calories a day max but try to stick to 2000 calories a day.
I workout everyday with Sunday beginning my week.
Sunday - 2 hour jog
Monday - 1 hour of weightlifting followed by a 10 minute run
Tuesday - 1 hour run
Wednesday - 1 hour of weightlifting followed by a 10 minute run
Thursday - 1 hour run
Friday - 1 hour of weightlifting followed by a 10 minute run
Saturday - 1 hour leisure walk
My lifting routine is full body, so I hit my chest, legs, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back , and abdominals on weightlifting days.
On Wednesday I don't hit my legs, I instead hit my calves and traps.
I do 6 sets with a minute break in between sets max. Traps, calves, and abdominals I take a 30 sec break max.
Typically on my sets I do 1 to 5 reps. On my sixth set I do 12 reps minimal.
I switch up my reps from time to time to break up the repetition but I always do 6 sets.
Hope this helps, good luck on your journey!
