"You know so and so has a background in tech....."

Normally accompanies a new staff introduction. Is intended to bring me some sort of consolation, but really makes me see what other things I can lock down for said user because, yeah, been there, done that....

    Corporate marketing buzzwords....

Re-imagined: As in "We re-imagined your banking experience". Seems every ad uses this made-up word now.

Thoughtfully designed. Oh, I'm so glad you thought about it when you designed it.

Yes to this. Also, product names that are supposed to sound modern and come across as sounding ridiculous. I've made these up but you get the idea...

    detergent with new CentrForce Technologi
    Litebanc cash machine
    GreedMunkii app
    Phunn1PRO game pass
    HappiOnion meal kits
makeup with the new SkinH2O matching system

    Make it stop!

    "Do you have a sec?"

I'm guessing even if I say "no", you're still not going to go away.

"Please stop punching me!" really makes me angry.
Also, I have anger management issues.

For real, though. When people use "literally", when it's clearly not literal.
And when people screw up existing words, like "supposubly" instead of "supposedly".
    That grinds my gears.

Oh - you got a haircut. Then crickets.
Gee - you look tired. If I am tired, then this comment doesn't help me. If I'm not tired, then I just feel bad.

Ugh. "Sorry not sorry kills me", too.

Same with finishing a thought with "I'm just saying".
Or when somebody uses the word "like", 7 or 8 times in every sentence.

On a related note, when people start their sentence with "Listen,".
It can be ok if it's used sparingly, and only occasionally.
But most of the time, it sounds super condescending to me.

If you’re getting a lot of that maybe it’s because you give the impression of not listening
